@ViCustomerCare my mobile network of vi sim not coming only emergency calls I called customer care he said take the replacement of sim by taking I'd proof The shopkeeper provide me replacement of sim.He said wait 1 hour to activate but now more than 4 hour sim not working

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I tried calling the hotline numbers with a Jio sim card, and the calls were placed. It seems OnePlus handset is not a problem as conveniently informed by your customer care representative. Please get the problem resolved, it's becoming a huge inconvenience.

@ViCustomerCare And for your information there is nothing wrong in my mobile's speaker cz i hv checked with music/youtube and sound is coming properly, it's your hopeless network issue, resolve it asap
