    Ported my number 4m @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia connection reluctantly yesterday. Have been with Vodafone for more than a decade. Everything changed for worse once Vodafone & Idea merged. Have always found Airtel arrogant as a brand but then @ViCustomerCare has no network now

    @ViCustomerCare I've inserted my 4g sim with sufficient data balance in 3g enabled modem ( dongle) but only getting 2g internet. Why such problem?please tell me the methods by which I can get 3g internet by 3g/4g vi sim on modem ( dongle)

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic is the quality of service for last many days, voice is broken, 4g is like a slowth and some times full outage as well.
