    @ViCustomerCare If the ₹479 and ₹719 plans don't actually provide the advertised Unlimited 5G under the same conditions, then this is a fake or misleading benefit. Please clarify the eligibility and resolve this issue immediately. @ViCustomerCare

    For the last 5-6 days, the network of Vi is becoming very bad, the network keeps fluctuating again and again and the data speed is very low, in 4G it seems that the speed of 2G is not coming. Location Pitrampura Near Makanpur Karauli Rajasthan 322255 @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @moneycontrolcom in terms of customer service, vi is failing on basics.why would FIIs would invest in vi? Customer service is poorest at international level, I have used bad telecom products but vi is exceptionaly bad in customer service

    @VodafoneIN_News Your call center executive Somi needs a lunch break. Bad comprehension skill and awfully rude and lets not talk about listening skills. @ViCustomerCare Please she needs a permanent break and then she would realise the importance of job and making a customer wait
