@ViCustomerCare u people did not even attempt to solve my network issue since 1 month..now u must have received my porting out request..cant wait for every vi user port to another operator. now u can keep fooling that u resolve complaints just on paper ported to @JioCare

@ViCustomerCare very poor experience with Vi chatbot. When selected Chat with agent option I expected better understanding of query and resolution but to my dismay it's worst experience than automated bot reply. It takes forever to reply n when they do it's end of chat notice.
