    Issues not solve yet one of the Worse network ever in the world. If you are not able to do something then just tell me i will portability in another company like @Idea @airtelindia @VodafoneIN they provide well network in this area .

    @ViCustomerCare Why have you left the old caller tune in Tamil without updating it? I spent 234 rupees for this, but it's really bad. Please sign a contract with a third party and update the caller tune in Tamil. Not only that, the Vi application is very slow.

    @ViCustomerCare Your own field engineer assured me that a new site would be installed and my network issue would be resolved within 15 days. It has been much longer, and nothing has changed. Now you are saying my area is not adequately covered by your network.

    @ViCustomerCare If Vi is unable to provide adequate network coverage in my area, please let me know clearly so that I can port my number to another operator. I cannot continue paying over ₹800 every month for a service that is not being delivered.

    @ViCustomerCare You have asked same repeatedly questions. 1. Since when ? Ans. Network problem happens any time any day. 2. Location? Ans. Refer previously given. Note: this is not only location specific or since how long. This is matter of continuing the good network services. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Network Booster is the only solution now anurag sir. Now let's wait how much time you take to fix this booster here. Your service engineer also did not get any network here.

    @ViCustomerCare Please Note from 23 rd July up to not solve issue should Waiver Charges Pro rate basic . I will not pay when not able to use your service and your Technician not solve issue after complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Village Hathdihan, Dawath, Rohtas, Bihar (PIN 802226) has severe network issues — frequent call drops, unusable data. Ref MUM-N02154197536 still unresolved. Whole village affected. When will coverage be fixed? #NetworkIssue #Bihar
