  @ViCustomerCare VI Customer Care Service I want to tell you that you take recharge money for 4G network but you use 3G network provide. I have called your costumer care many times but they are not able to find my area or my complaint is resolved.

  @ViCustomerCare unhappy to share that you have not resolved your network complaint with reference number C004-130246544148. I am dissatisfied with the resolution provided, cannot send "N C004-130246544148" to 53933 as an SMS. Any reason?
