  @ViCustomerCare have no update to my billing issue for mobile data in international roaming. Have been without network for more than a week now, really poor service. All important transactions are blocked because of this!!

  @ViCustomerCare Hii. I just wanna tell you guys that I'm facing problem with my VI number. I'm not able to call anyone or use internet at all. My VI app showed that my pack will end in 9 days so why is my network not working from now. Plz fix this it's necessary for my job.🙏

  @ViCustomerCare Hi, MY NUMBer is not receiving any incoming messages, it is only working in outgoing messages. Please look into my problem asap coz I m stuck, I have plenty of work to do ,i can't get otps, nor I m getting my official message.tried every method. please help
