    @Idea @VodafoneIN @TRAI why I always face a internet speed in my area. Why u not try to fix permanent solution of Internet speed. After 3 pm speed problem come and after 7 pm like 2g speed come in 4g network. My idea contact no. 9798383703 Plz fix this problem asap.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I had already raised a request to deactivate my SIM, and the request has already been processed. Despite that, I am still receiving 10–12 calls a day along with continuous promotional messages. I have already informed customer care multiple times that my issue has been resolved, yet I am being repeatedly pressured to continue the SIM and opt for new plans. This is becoming extremely frustrating and feels like harassment now. Please stop these calls and messages immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare Even my wife got irritated bcoz of 5-6 calls every day to convince us. If rather than call us, u could have delivered the SIM on time then probably your teams shouldn't have to give excuses every time calling us. Very Pathetic service mindset
