    @ViCustomerCare Poor service experience. 5 calls in the last week asking what the issue is but no resolution at all. Just keep getting a response that its being forwarded for further investigation. Also why do you close complaints without resolving issues? @DoT_India @TraiIndia

    Vodafone_INDIA is the other name of SCAM ! Shows a hell lot of recharge options and ultimately after the recharge is done things don't work !! MARKETING AND SCAMMING IS THE ONLY THING YOU KNOW !!! SERVICE IS NEXT TO ZERO !! REGRET TAKING YOUR SERVICE !! @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I am facing network issue in my area Mayur Vihar Phase 3, Pocket B7, This problem is going on since last 4-5 years. But still no solution is found for this please tell me otherwise i have to move to other network.

    @ViCustomerCare I had registered a complaint...u said wil take 3 days to solve...I was horrified..cant live without data for 3 days..now u r saying it will take 7 days...assure you I shall migrate to another network..my problem should have been solved within 24 hours.
