    @ViCustomerCare I have VI sim, and from 17th July on wards i am facing slow internet issue. I have raised issue but yet not solved. Actually everyone is facing slow internet issue in our area from 17th. If this is not getting solved in another 2 days unfortunately we have to port.

    @ViCustomerCare The process of changing support agent has begun. I will have to go through series of different support agents who are going to tell me they have sent it to the "concerned team". And will resolve soon. I was told this will be resolved before the week ends

    @ViCustomerCare Hi ! I was offered to have 2 GB/day data by VI app, but when I did the recharge by VI app, I got only 1.5 GB/day and I got validity of only 83 days. When I asked to customer care, they told me I got what I was offered but I can't see it neither in VI nor in dial.

    @ViCustomerCare No network service today and it was intermittent yesterday. Sorry for being rude, Vi Network service has become really pathetic. No signal in most of the prime locations. Please look into this at the earliest. Area pin code - 560003

    I was writing an exam using Vodafone idea network because my other wifi having some issues. @ViCustomerCare . I lost 49 dollars due to the worst network. I urge all to not use Vodafone idea for any exam . Worst experience ever.
