    @ViCustomerCare stop wrongfully charge the customer. Your customer care is unable reach with 198 and While trying the other alternative when I tried the usual *121# some random Nakshtra pack was availed. You have done enough by cutting down the incoming w/o letting me know.

    @ViCustomerCare Got a new Vi connection a few months back to try it out but Vi network is still unavailable in my area after 5 years now and there's practically NO solution to network complaints. Again raised multiple network complaints but it's all hopless with @ViCustomerCare now.

    @ViCustomerCare Still the issue is as it was... Got call yesterday from a ladies that the visit is confirmed for service.. Again received an call from a gentleman.. Decided time and date of visit.. But he was not reached ..you guys are making fool again and again..

    @ViCustomerCare I Port my no to vi but have got 1.5gb per day in frc. can i recharge 4gb/dy as 1.5gb is very less for me. Please help to get more data and suggest me what to do as in Airtel i was using3gb/day plan. @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia Worst service from VI . I am 4 days old customer ported my number from airtel to VI . But I Have many Complaint. 1. Company deducted 99 rupees and balance goes -99, after this I am not able to make any call . 2. Worst Network service .

    @ViCustomerCare hello again... same problem again after few days... I can't call anyone no one can call me...but now there is another problem... when I changed my data setting to another sim.. there is no network...but if data is on for vi sim then there is network and data..
