what the hell is wrong with vodafone signal. i recharge 500+ (4G unlimited call and 2gb data) trusting you people of quality call and internet service. but you are not able give internet speed for atleast 2G level.😫😏 @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @nickread @PMOIndia

@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Ever since the clock hit 12am, I'm unable to register to LTE network. Only 3G network is available with pathetic 50kbps speed. I have done everything but unable to use 4g data. What's the point of binge night offer when you cant keep transparency??

Its been almost 5 days since my VI sim is out of service and they are least bothered about it. On their own advise, I changed the sim card and it did not help me get back my network. Such is their apathy towards their customer. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Saw d msg. Thnx. But pls don't say that you guys checked and observed that the charges are in-line with my usage. Cos it is NOT 'Inline'. The system is charging randomly. Pls admit and rectify the mistake rather than passing the onus to the customer and taking a moral high ground
