    Expanding your network is not going to satisfy your customers, first provide good service to your existing customers at least @VodafoneIN. I am experiencing worst of the service since i choose this network. Regretting on my decision to choose this network.

    @VodafoneIN ridiculous network.....no 4g speeds, bad network, am out of network in the heart of the city in bengaluru....and this is not the first time....it is time to change...you guys just reply saying you will call but only on papers..high time you go out of business yourself

    @idea_cares @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @JioCare Yday & 2day when called IDEA CC for no Incoming calls & SMS they have deactivated my Outgoing too & sent a mail that my issue is resolved.Should I do MNP as it is converting to the British phone co VODA& may be this is how they treat

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service by your company. My sim card is on hold since 2 days bcz of some minor address error. Imagine if someone is in critical condition. Even after submitting adhar details you are still stopping services of customer. Will meet in consumer court

    @ViCustomerCare Just saying that avoid entering incorrect number is not correct. Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.

    Hello VI, I am facing a network issue in my area. VI sim shows *NO SERVICE* in Greater Noida (Pari Chowk). I am unable to receive my calls and messages. Please fix this issue as soon as possible otherwise I have to switch my sim to another network. @ViCustomerCare
