@VodafoneIN Problem is about Currency recharge pack not delivering as per offer listed. Unlimited calls doesn’t work, still need charge talktime on it. Same problem on my dad’s phone. This been happening since many months that’s y notifying. It’s not about network connectivity. Thanks.

@ViCustomerCare We received call in store for confirmation of this request to move from postpaid to prepaid. Even then they kept calling us that day and we kept saying no to postpaid Then we left country only to discover that 1 connection is still prepaid. We never got the network on that sim.
