    @ViCustomerCare I never seen this type of worst network and worst customer support like Vi india. I raised complaint about call waiting issue on Mar 8 still there's no response from their side even I made replacement for Vi sim that services is also not working @TRAI @DoT_India

    Very strange to see this from @ViCustomerCare. They just called up and mention that my issue can't be resolved and indirectly suggested to port out. Being with Vi for last 8 years, good to see such response and may be they don't value their customers anymore. @VodafoneGroup

    Can you guys please help me out @ViCustomerCare. Because I called on 199 they are saying that my number won’t be available for eSim feature as it is Idea sim. But I’vent selected specifically regarding the service provider. I’ve only purchased it from VI. So why is this happening

    @ViCustomerCare what does it take to provide a better network in a city like Bangalore? Being a postpaid customer & paying hefty bills that you charge is not able to get proper network and 4G data. What are you guys doing? At this age and time your network sucks!

    @ViCustomerCare Shared the details, not too hopeful about the quality of response or resolution. The Vodafone stores need to be closed as they are practically useless. The only thing they apparently deliver in store are new/replacement sim cards, nothing else!

    I'm a postpaid user of VI. Total 6 Connections of VI i'm having. Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. Hight disappointed.

    @ViCustomerCare I made a complaint on 198 regarding internet speed, one hour later a random guy called me from a mobile number asking my location and telling me my complaint number to resolve the issue. He told he is one of the team member from VI technical team. Please confirm.

    @TRAI @DoT_India Dear @ViCustomerCare — This is pathetic! First, your team confirmed my SIM can be shifted to prepaid with one recharge. Now, another team calls saying postpaid only — pay ₹650/month for 120 days? That’s extortion, not service. I need a final resolution NOW! #VIscam #VIfraud

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Second of all, the bill details clearly show the 32 bucks charge is for national roaming which is already included in my plan. So why is your representative lying to me? And how can you activate any service that the customer has not requested?
