    @VodafoneIN I am listening same thing from last 2-3 months even one case is already created - C003-65298750926 dated 08-May-2020 01:26:16 PM.But your tech seems not interested to calling and wasting his time.u guys having one of the best network & services but now a days pathetic

    The life of @VodafoneIN 's customer- 1. Get charged with some new service without you asking for it 2. Money gets deducted from account 3. Write an email to @VodafoneIN for refund 4. Get amount refunded 5. Repeat the same process again next day

    @VodafoneIN No network coverage no data speed and offering Netflix. Shameonyou and charging 3k for cancelling REDx aftr using 2months. Great.

    @ViCustomerCare you have stopped outgoing citing no kyc, your store staff at RajaRajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru area untrained and keeps asking to do kyc again and again stating problem with Vi it systems. It's disappointing experience.

    Can anybody tell me, which agency delivers Vi home delivery SIM. I'm waiting for three days, but no-one calls or tries to connect with me. This is very frustrating. @ViCustomerCare also unable to help. Feeling helpless. Already paid the first recharge amount online.

    @ViCustomerCare As per your request I had visited VI mini store katenanivali kalyan east they also has not issued me sim replacement with the help of voter card, DL and passport. Please solve the problem or else I will approach the consumer court for redressal.
