@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIN After my recent tweet to Vodafone someone called me and raised an complaint it’s been 10 days no one called did not received any response as well it’s the perfect example for bad service and negligence of complaint So finally leaving the bad network.

@VodafoneIN after keep complaining of network and service issue from 2 months today when I sent the port out request from Vodafone, an executive called me and he was not able to connect to me because of call drop. Vodafone should use other companies network. 😅😅

@VodafoneIN It is now 3rd day, there is no network in the Sarjapura area, still the issue is not rectified. Your CC says that not a single complaint filed, but whole area is affected, and many complaints filed, So you are basically lying, and dont even acknowledge network is down

@VodafoneIN My number is 8884453583, from yesterday there is no service in this area, multiple complaints logged by multiple customers, still no action has been taken. In a month, at least three days will be there, when the complete will go down. Third class & pathetic service.

@VodafoneIN You are fraud telecom company, if you cant afford giving connections, then why you give. Every month , there wont be any signal for 2-3 days. Fraud companies like you should immediately stop providing service. Will log a separate complaint with TRAI.

@TRAI @VodafoneIN Vodafone has 3 days continues outage in Sarjapura area in Bangalore, Many complaints have been filed, but they didnt acknowledge the outage. @TRAI This is what happens when a telecom has no capacity but it operates, causing inconvenience to users.

@VodafoneIN I have clear all my due on 30th march and tried to generate port code but unable to do that, talk to customer care they told me to I have to wait till 7th of april because of technical issues. Today I tried for port code but they are telling me to pay my due.
