    @pilak_roy @VodafoneIN I will port both my numbers. If we fail to pay bill, we will be penalised by the same date. But when Vodafone fails to abide with the agreement with consumer and provide service they want us to wait till their timeline to get thinks to be addressed or sometimes resolved.

    So @VodafoneIN remembers to call to remind me to pay the due amount of few days (I ported to another service provider) when they kinda forget to provide network & connectivity. I asked the exec to send me a notice instead. The exec called me an idiot before she hung up. 👏

    @ViCustomerCare Guys .. do you know what kind of call centres Vodafone runs ? You should try them your self first. Low grade tech - in less than ten seconds call is terminated if you fail to key in ur phone number - even if u have done half the work.????

    @ViCustomerCare my vi prepaid sim is not able to provide internet access in iphone hotspot but works in other handset. Also the iphone works well with other sim. 199 executive could not help. Should I opt for MNP? Kindly resolve.
