Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. Airtel SIM has already been delivered, yet Vi hasn’t deactivated my connection, leaving me unable to use the new SIM. Customer support has been of absolutely no help.
