    Bitter experience in @VodafoneIN store, I visited to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. Executive: Dharmendra, who was either super irritated or ignorant abt his own behaviour. Plus credit card machine was not working and they do not want to give receipt if I pay by cash!!!

    @VodafoneIN. Been a loyal customer for over a decade but I am getting other thoughts now of switching to @airtelindia. Such poor network and 4G. I am even unable to open google homepage. This is happening since days now. Please fix this before I switch

    I'm a postpaid user of VI. Total 6 Connections of VI i'm having. Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. Hight disappointed.

    @VodafoneIN Dear vodafone im paying money to have service with you. Kindly listen, my problem You're CC executives disconnecting the calls once they have picked up the call. and tried 3 times. Im Calling from Karnataka and i have connected your from 11.15Pm to 11.55Pm.

    @VodafoneIN y its too low speed on ur network n its been two days bt still its working slower n u ppl want ur customer to change from ur network to another network n will u ppl give two days more fa ur inconvenience n really fed up of ur network..

    The life of @VodafoneIN 's customer- 1. Get charged with some new service without you asking for it 2. Money gets deducted from account 3. Write an email to @VodafoneIN for refund 4. Get amount refunded 5. Repeat the same process again next day
