@VodafoneIN After your merger with @Idea your network has much problem. Calls do not connect, voice can’t be heard, network is not stable, sometimes our numbers are not existent when someone calls (Number does not exit). Please correct all issues.

what the hell is wrong with vodafone signal. i recharge 500+ (4G unlimited call and 2gb data) trusting you people of quality call and internet service. but you are not able give internet speed for atleast 2G level.😫😏 @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @nickread @PMOIndia

@ViCustomerCare For past three days we have been getting extremely slow internet service . I raised a complaint then I got a call from CC without a breath telling me that the problem has been resolved . But according to our data speed it hasn't been resolved . Speed is very slow

Hi @ViCustomerCare, I did a recharge of ₹295 by mistake on 26/07/21. I intended to recharge for a different amount. When I contacted Kerala customer care to refund the amount, They told me that it is not possible and the amount shall be credited to my main account balance of Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Firstly, I'm not obligated to give any reason why I want to port out. Secondly, I did give my reasons to the CC when I contacted them this morning in hope of a resolution and I was told to recharge with ₹49 when I already have enough balance and validity.

@ViCustomerCare You are not eligible and capable to resolve the issues. Worst network, no calls no internet but charge full. We all are porting to Jio, the best network with best customer care.
