    @VodafoneIN After your merger with @Idea your network has much problem. Calls do not connect, voice can’t be heard, network is not stable, sometimes our numbers are not existent when someone calls (Number does not exit). Please correct all issues.

    what the hell is wrong with vodafone signal. i recharge 500+ (4G unlimited call and 2gb data) trusting you people of quality call and internet service. but you are not able give internet speed for atleast 2G level.😫😏 @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @nickread @PMOIndia

    @ViCustomerCare Seems to me that you’re DM service is late in response. Issues are not resolved from last 4 hours! I have to carry the phone outside the house to look for a signal, what happened all of a sudden, kindly return my recharge money and let me port out of you, I know why it’s like.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Hi, Thanks for replying .. They just listen and generate a concern only. And after 2 or 3 days , they send a message that your concern is resolved. I get shocked that they resolve the concern at their end without confirming with customer. They make us fool nothing else.

    @ViCustomerCare NO CALL NO MESSAGE NO VISIT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT STILL I RECEIVED THIS MESSAGE ... PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS Network complaint with reference no. GUJ-V00476156681 was a temporary issue which is successfully resolved by our team of dedicated Vi engineers.
