@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

@VodafoneIN disappointed with @ViCustomerCare. Have a family plan activated with VI and due to service / network issues I want to turn those numbers in prepaid connections. I was informed by vi store and executive at 199 that I can do that after 90 days.
