    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

    @ViCustomerCare shame on you. While you cant provide real 4g in India and now doing a scam with customers who are trying to port from Voda to another Service provider. @reliancejio please look into this..voda is stopping people porting from them to you by making fake calls.

    I was trying to PORT one of the @ViCustomerCare number to @airtelindia, the number is used just for calling, so it is on Rs. 99 unltd plan. The Port SMS to 1900 always FAILS. The customer care said, you MUST recharge with 128, or else CAN NOT port out. @TRAI, Is this your Rule?

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI every time i am charge for value services while i have not started any services nor any child take my phone. Disgusting company which charge the customer without any intimation while @TRAI have to take serious action that without OTP u cannot start service

    This is what happening with Vodafone Idea (VI). Retailers & Sales team are busy with 'Choona Yojana' in order to compete with Jio & Airtel. Senior Executive is clueless. Focus on Customer satisfaction not giving false offers. @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp
