  @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

  @suchetadalal @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Even one of y friend had same problem. They took their sweet time to resolve. Kindly try troubleshooting via Vi app and check whether it says "No active Calling plan". This is a system error even though you have a plan. We had to do a recharge of Rs.10 for emergency Calling

  @suchetadalal @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS matter but are now sitting it. Note my Mom is a Senior Citizen and has been without phone for more than 15 days. All her medical records, other vital services linked to her number. PS: The customer care contact information & escalation matrix on Vodafone Idea website r wrong.
