    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks. I do understand what service related messages are. My bank sends me service related messages. Govt. agencies such as RBI and NSDL send me service related messages. You guys me service related messages. These are all entities that I am connected with in some shape or form.

    @ViCustomerCare I had ordered for a prepaid number to be delivered at home and paid the money online. However your delivery agent claims that the payment is not updated in his app and has still not delivered the sim since 3 days. This is really disgusting service.

    @ViCustomerCare vi network and 4G internet speed is very slow in our area. This problem is from long time I have filed complaint many times but there is no improvement I am very unhappy with your service.

    @ViCustomerCare Team urgent help required. Got international roaming enabled on my wife's number for Saudi, but since she landed its not working. Tried connecting over chat bot it didnt helped. Can anyhow help at the earliest. She is not having any connectivity. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, my name is Rohit mehta. I am a VI user It has been 3 days since there is no network in my house. Before that there was no problem I ported my sim thinking that I will be getting proper network. I stay at home during day time and I work in night shift
