    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

    @ViCustomerCare Got an awful experience while performing online recharge from the official Vi app. Amount was debited from my bank account but the recharge failed. Executive told to wait for 7 days for refund.7 days complete still got no refund A big Shame on your service Vi !!!

    @ViCustomerCare Hey idea is Collab with voda turns your network by from 4g to 2g ... because I am getting 2g network while my phone and sim is 4g ...do you think there is some problem ..or it's just the way you treat you users who are with you from last ten years.

    @ViCustomerCare Seems like using 2g. Unable to use even 1gb data of daily 4gb .Though have validity till 14 sept but have to port out due to this kind of service.

    @ViCustomerCare A postpaid custmr more thn 15 yrs, Bt if u don't fix my netwrk prblm thn I ve a lots of bettr options thn ur hopeless connectivity n network.. N mind it ths time it's a last warning. Pissed off wth ur services, charges n connectivity issues. Shame!#VodafoneIdea
