    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
