  @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Dear Vodafone, Please put some network towers on pilgrimage tracking route of Kedarnath. VI was almost invisible in most of Utrakhand. I had to purchase another operator’s sim during the Utrakhand trip because VI network was so bad over there.

  @ViCustomerCare My Vi SIM is completely out of service and unable to receive calls. The SIM shows no network even when inserted in another handset. Kindly contact me via DM/email or provide an alternate way to coordinate and resolve the issue.

  @ViCustomerCare And I emailed you people all the concerns and even took the pain to visit physical customer care twice in Connaught Place but you guys seem to behave like imperial company of Elizabethian age.
