@ViCustomerCare : My Sim card has been disabled since morning. any particular reason as to why that is so? Is my call drop problem being rectified? I've restarted my device and re-inserted the sim multiple times. Please Update so that I can make alternate arrangements for calls.

@STOICbyTHC @Ricky86057294 @ViCustomerCare let me get this straight to you 500 metres from my house is the tower of vi,airtel,jio(yup they are situated side by side) but the best service is of vi as there are many customers of jio and airtel and less customers of vi,so less congestion means good internet and calling
