    @ViCustomerCare you really harass prepaid customers. Services barred despite full recharge and all outstanding dues cleared. The complaints number is all IVR, so the poor customer has to only go to a store. Inconvenience and harass the customer to the maximum.

    @ViCustomerCare @nch1915 @jagograhakjago If I won’t receive any call back regarding my concern today, then I’m going to file this case to Consumer court online, forget about being with you guys as customer. I better buy a new Sim for myself and a new number and forget about paying the bill
