    Hi @ViCustomerCare went down to your store again yesterday and they were rude even though they were at fault! I was told my number will activate in another 4 hours and now it’s been over 12 hours and my phone is still not working.

    @ViCustomerCare hey VI new rebranded with old services, actually there is no much difference between old and new. Same service, same customer experiences. Same unwanted deductions. Etc etc etc One of the worst ever I encountered. #sucks #pathetic

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Severe call drop issue since the past 5 days. Have done a mistake by migrating from @ViCustomerCare . Might as well as port back atleast there is no call drop issue with them
