@ViCustomerCare I’m not able to connect to any network with international roaming enabled here in Santa Clara, California. Can you help me with this? All the service providers are connecting absolutely fine with @airtelindia sims. Refund me the pack charges and I’ll use Airtel.

@ViCustomerCare extremely bad service from this network. I recently ported my number from Airtel and now number is suspended for verification. It is 7 days and no resolution. Escalation has no meaning. Pathetic service. Do not make this mistake and regret.

We are facing lot of problems in network from 4-5 months but didn't get any improvement in network and bill. You charged for Toll free number and roaming charges. If we are facing lot of problem you should give the discount and recharge @ViCustomerCare @VidafoneSocial @vodafone
