    @ViCustomerCare Somebody just called me for vodafone customer care and asking me to verify my documents and number unless my number will be deactivated permanently within 10 minutes. My number is almost 4 years old. Can you please verify this call? Or is this a fraud one?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. DEL-V00751164252 but are unable to resolve it completely. / it a matter of shame that you are unable to resolve network issue , day by day your recharge plans are expensive #Shameonyou .

    @ViCustomerCare My Indian Number isnot not showing any network in UAE, I already raised complaint but no one took any action to solve the issue, they are just saying that they have reported to roaming team. Being a girl in Unkown Country I m facing this kinda harassment. whose fault it is?

    @ViCustomerCare Refer to complaint # 3-111459343909. The complaint was logged on 17/12/2021. The MAXIMUM sla I was informed to resolve the issue was 21/12/2021 at 1319 hrs but as expected nobody from VI contacted me yet to even discuss the issue......Is it the service from VI?
