    @VodafoneIN @ViCustomerCare Down again 5/10 kbps speed did restart phone twice airplane mode switched with 3g to 4g done everything that call centre suggests already fix asap its irritating

    @ViCustomerCare vodafone block outgoing call for a non payment of 5 year old number. I’m a postpaid user and paying all the bills for my current number. I ask customer care to activate outgoing internet and sms so that I can pay the due. But they denied.

    @ViCustomerCare thrice requested to re-send the OTP, finally, the page ended up showing an error to re-try transactions again. Why is Vodafone not taking the necessary steps to improve network quality, If this continues I will step out from your family soon

    @ViCustomerCare VI service is very poor i request to all don't use VI operator net and call connectivity very poor i download 300 mb plus file i start at morning still not download yet , poor connection Guys use different operator #VIpoornetwork #VISlow

    @ViCustomerCare So finally I made my mind to port to another company. Its a very unfortunate and bad experience. Now your company adopting low practices, which unethical and unlawful also. I strongly say that same practice adopted by one of telecom company in past also.

    @VodafoneIN @ViCustomerCare It is irritating now to complaint every time in a month when will the network be stable Please be straight towards ur user so we leave been with Vodafone for a long time but this kind of service irritates.
