    @ViCustomerCare Already checked it but its a basic customer care that you will call and check what problem is and the problem already mentioned of low network coverage it cannot resolved at customer end dont make people fool by giving troubleshooting steps to look at it

    @ViCustomerCare just to recover these losses vi has started extra bill charges changed my bill plan at there own and giving too bad services and bad Internet and poor connections low strength
