    @ViCustomerCare Despite my multiple mails and texts, you guys hv made unauthorised so called debit as outstanding amount on a closed number. Ur useless customer team has no clue what they say on phone and what they write on mails. Can't imagine that hw customers r looted.

    I have been suffering from a low quality network issue of @ViCustomerCare from last week. I am doing my important work and their network is starting to lag and break. Please fix this issue, or shut down this scheme if you can't provide proper service! (Plan 398Rs, 4G unlimited)

    Amazing experience with @ViCustomerCare. Ordered Sim and got delivered in 2 hours. Had ordered sim with @JioCare 16 days ago and after multiple calls and follow up still not received sim. Height of frustration. Jio should learn customer service from #Vi.Shameful service @JioCare

    Very disappointed with @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia . My wife’s SIM was suddenly deactivated without prior notice, causing major inconvenience. Customer care was unable to provide a clear reason. Request immediate resolution
