@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Unhappy with the response from Vi. I placed an order for a prepaid premium SIM on 10.10.2025, but there has been no update or delivery so far. Customer care keeps assuring me it will be delivered soon, but there is no progress

@ViCustomerCare Replied to your DM, Sunita. But the issue is not one location. It's a widespread network degradation I'm facing across Ahmedabad, Surat, & Rajkot since the 5G rollout. A single-location complaint won't solve a state-wide problem. This needs to be escalated.

@ViCustomerCare As proof: Last night around 11 PM on C.G. Road near Girish Colddrink, your network was completely unusable. I had to find hotel Wi-Fi just to send important emails. This is happening across Ahmedabad, Surat, and Rajkot. Escalate this to your network team now. (2/2)
