    @ViCustomerCare worst service provider . I requested to convert my postpaid number to prepaid at VI store . They give me new sim and i paid them. And they informed me postpaid sim will get desctive and i can put prepaid sim than . But my postpaid connection is still actice

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Paid ₹398 for online port to Vi 2 days ago. No SIM delivered, no update. Now they say visit the store. Terrible experience. Jio would’ve completed KYC the same day. 9457757780

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.
