@ViCustomerCare I have been facing issues in the metro, at home and practically everywhere I go. It is as good as not having a service provider. Please look into this as soon as possible. Am sure I am not the only one in this.

@ViCustomerCare started new loot .. If you did 49 basic recharge you will not receive sms outgoing service .. If any of your UPI payment app crashed or bank account error you can't rectify it because you cannot verify the bank account without sending the sms ..

@ViCustomerCare worst service ever by Vi. Very Poor service. no internet till date. Network not stable. I m complaining more than 2 years now. But issue not resolved. Customer care told me every time ur issue resolved soon. Indeed. I m very disappoint. Pls anyone help.

@ViCustomerCare Here vi provides Very poor network coverage only one sided coverage is available in this specific location where I live people who live or stay within the surroundings of the network site only they get adequate coverage whereas a vast area is still deprived from better services
