@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

@ViCustomerCare The worst network & internet. Can't remember when was the last time a proper phone conversation happened after choosing VI. If this kind of network & services continues I am porting next month. Giving VI one last chance. If possible let's do a Bulk port friends.

@ViCustomerCare your service is really really really bad in Shillong, Meghalaya. Even basic calls is not working most of the time. If you care about your customers, this is not the way to treat them.

@ViCustomerCare Vowifi only two samsung models support Vi Vowifi? Jio supports all major manufacturers, Similarly Airtel support all brands for Vowifi. Vi only supports less than a dozen? Samsung A50 A505F only two models for Vi Vowifi? Its a Shame.
