@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

@ViCustomerCare i have been cheated by your VI mini store at (Mahakal Infotech) Rohit Nagar Bhopal. He charged 100 Rs for sim replacement and when I raise complaint about this ur customer care Ms Babli and VI Mini store again did wrong.

It’s funny that when you put a port request, @ViCustomerCare literally calls you every 10 mins. When you complain for service? They don’t give a **** for months. But I’ve received 30 calls since morning.

@ViCustomerCare I have informed yoy of the area that i am having problem in. Still the area is amoghour village panchayat bhawan area near vodafone tower area. The city code 232101. And no i am not going to DM you my number. You guyz have been informed of the area the problem persists
