  @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp @vodafone I have a vodafone idea sim card, Complaint ref. no. HAR -V00754155634 & 744754951 unable to get resolution after 9 days of raising a complaint. I am unable to send sms, in 9 days Vi failed to resolve this. I will port from Vi for sure.

  @ViCustomerCare i am going through mental harassments by VI, took connection last month and its on other person name with all the other details, raised the complaint month back but no resolution , seems there is a fraud going on. Pathetic customer care @trai @rmstakkar
