@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

@ViCustomerCare Feedback. After telephonic conversation...Writing only "we discussed" Or "it has been discussed"is ambiguous. Customer want transparency. So better summarize and write what was discussed. You can write this in DM atleast.

Finally thought of giving VI a try. And they couldn't even onboard me for the postpaid plan. Because the app needed a selfie on a white background. Really? How will that poor guy get me to stand in front of a white background always? Why is it logically needed? @ViCustomerCare
