@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

@ViCustomerCare Your customer care executive didn't had any knowledge about this when i told her that is it bcoz of getting replacement for lost sim. Instead that idiot was telling me it'll only work after recharging & i wasted ₹299 for no reason. I want refund!! #vodafoneidea

@ViCustomerCare I am writing to report the no Vodafone network,signal and internet connection working indoors we are experiencing recently in our region. From our end, the connection speed could be as low as 0 or 1 kb/s, and we sometimes even have problems in using google.

I would request @ViCustomerCare to stop solving the matter as solving it after 3 days would not let any benfits to me. I am returning back to Ind on 27th. I would request them to pay back the amount as spending 2695 is of no use and also ask them to never make any false plans.

@ViCustomerCare Im in london. I asked my Senior citizen dad 2 visit VI store as local shop scams. Guess what dad got scammed by ur store & converted his prepaid to billing. Vinkita & Manager Manpreet @ Lower Parel refused to cancel billing & raise complaint. Disgusting!
