@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

As per the website Vodafone is promised to the customer sim Card will deliver to the customer on the same day, but Vodafone CX Support agents said to me that SIM Card will be delivered to the customer next day. This is shameful management @ViCustomerCare that's too bad.

@ViCustomerCare I’m Vi Postpaid user, I’m fed up of service & offer calls daily despite opting for DND. And Agents are so stubborn that despite telling them that I’m busy all the time & please start DND & don’t call me, they say Once listen to the offer, then we will not call you
