@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

@ViCustomerCare its been a month. I have sent a mail to Nodal officer. Still didn't got any response. It's very serious issue and very frustrating which we are facing in my area. So if electricity is there then only we can use internet and make calls otherwise no network.

It will be really good if I am returned the amount I paid for the recharge. It's so annoying to have such reputated company providing worst service in the market. I regret my decision to buy @ViCustomerCare kindly refund my amount as it's useless I cannot make any call. Pathetic!

@ViCustomerCare Received response says "top side already showing recharge for 955XXXXXXX" "My question is why your system changed the pre-selected number in first place?" You will make any changes and put customer at fault is that customer service for you?
