  Dear @ViCustomerCare team visited Sector 5, Saltlake, Kolkata store for my idea prepaid sim replacement but store person said, need to convert postpaid other wise can't replace the sim. Why I have to go with postpaid for 4 months for my damage sim replacement.

  @ViCustomerCare I've recieved 10 calls from your CC over the last 3 days because I'm porting, each time I am promised a call back in English but the call back is in Hindi/Marathi which I don't understand. Sort it out. Horrible experience.
