  @ViCustomerCare Hi I bought a redX plan 1 week ago. 5 days ago I complained about low internet speed and nothing was done. Today internet is gone for good. If I have to remove redX plan I have to pay INR 3000. Customer care is also not responding. Number is 9930842066.

Many individuals facing similar issue, e.g. specific model(s) mobile users then its local failure. Needs case-by-case troubleshooting & resolution. Same for all providers, not only for Vi. #Port2Vi
