@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I/O calls have been blocked on my number, trying to recharge for the last 2 month, recharge was successfully done, but I got a refund within 7 days. I record customer support audio and now going to upload on youtube and twitter soon.

@ViCustomerCare pathetic customer care be it on 9820098200 or on email. Misguided by sion store Mumbai. No solution in 20 odd days. No senior authority has come forward tried emailing but absolutely zero assistance.
