@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar why there is no Network in Andaman and Nicobar for JIO ? specifically #SwarajDweep (Havelock Island) and #ShaheedDweep (Neil Island)... Tourist are struggling like anything with poor BSNL and Airtel connection :(

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Issue hasn’t been resolved yet, how can you bill after credit limit has been exhausted and phone services have been stopped. No information recieved when credit limit was about to get exhausted. Resolve this asap otherwise I will have no choice but legal action

@ViCustomerCare @Vodafone_CEO Worst customer experience at one of your stores in Lajpat Nagar II, New Delhi. Firstly you guys shut the SIM without any prior intimation and then the new SIM also doesn't work. A person is left with no connectivity and your agents have no solution.

@ViCustomerCare for last few days my number is not reachable and the Vi complaint C004-125159587602 raised on 25th Nov was closed without confirmation from me about issue resolution.. Very disappointed with Vi network. People are unable to reach me for last week or more.
