  Today, my phone didn't work from 3:15 PM to 3:37 PM. The moment my recharge pack expires, you disconnect the service without even a one-minute delay. Who is going to pay for the loss caused by this outage? Is your father going to compensate me? @ViCustomerCare @vibusinssindia

  @ViCustomerCare When will my SIM be delivered? It's already been 4 days since I ordered it through your online store. Your customer care team hasn't been helpful either. If this is the service before delivery, I can only imagine what it'll be like afterward.

  @ViCustomerCare Someone named Gayatri called me know asking what is the issue. Id suggest you and your team to research on customers existing complaints, recent ones before calling them. This lady had such a irresponsible and egoistic attitude to not even acknowledge the feedback I gave.
