@ViCustomerCare I'm very much disappointed with your new scam if automatically starting any service and cutting main balance. Already talked with your customer service agent several times in last 5 days. Vodafone Idea is worst company for sure in recent times. 100% porting in coming week.

@VodafoneGroup @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare Despite the loyalty wz Vi having 2 premium (98117, 98736) no’s for over 20+years, it amounts to nothing. Been chasing a simple resolution for over a 1 mnth now & all I get is lip service. Time to port cz brand loyalty is insignificant.

@ViCustomerCare your network is the worst. Data constantly switches between G to LTE within seconds? Really? You seriously need to raise the no. of towers.

@ViCustomerCare It's very disappointing that internet speed have been demoted but we have to pay 25% extra. There is also no pack queue system in Vi. Please look into call quality because it's very bad for about 1 month and internet speed is also very slow.

@polimernews Just asked for vowifi with customer care. CC told they don’t have any timeline for this service. But they will increase tariffs without providing indoor coverage or vowifi @ViCustomerCare really great. #vi will loose all customers in tamilnadu.
