    @ViCustomerCare Need your attention towards your poor internet service in one of the major cities in India. While the country is getting ready to embrace 5G, can we at least get a decent 4G reception here? 🤔

    @ViCustomerCare Why not allowing to send SMS using main balance? Dual SIM uses cannot afford to recharge 129 per month on both sims. Provided the poor quality service you provide, people will definitely not pick Vi if they ever needed to discontinue one sim. Improve quality then impose rules

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIN Another messed up by Vi Ltd. Apart from providing very poor mobile network service in last 2 years.This time they billed twice on my postpaid a/c even advance payment made, which is visible on my Viapps, but how comes they can't see in their own system
