  @ViCustomerCare It appears you at @ViCustomerCare are Not interested in Customer care at all !Made me add to Family plan & in bargain disconnected my Mobile Connection of my post paid connection of 25 years!When contacted said they will call back but still 8 hours have Not returned my call!!

  @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare You will lose a customer who has been with you for 17 years just because you think you are right and the customer wrong. Really sad to move but I cannot give my money to a company which does not listen. Porting out tomm.

  @ViCustomerCare Even after multiple complaint no action was taken regarding the issue I was facing . And on checking my account I noticed! Your team has closed all my complaint's without any resolution or info. Looking forward to port to a better network than pathetic Vi.

  @ViCustomerCare I can't make a call when my phone is in roaming and i can't excess my mobile data. As my other colleagues are using *vi* their calling and mobile data are working even in low range area. Kindly resolve my issue ASAP because today the incidence has happened
