    @ViCustomerCare @telicome I'm from Bihar, Gopalganj District, PO-Sidhwali.... I'm a researcher by profession. I have been stuck at my native place now doing work online, but the Network here is so pathetic that you can't imagine. My is in network dead zone. plz help

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my number with 599 and did not recieved full benefits . I checked the offer it showed 599- double data benefits (1.5GB+1.5GB) on my number but I did not get the other 1.5GB benefit that is why I recharged. I called 4 times in customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare My sim 9176820048 was deactivated last week. Went to Egmore, Chennai store yesterday twice to get the sim replacement. ID Proof also got rejected twice. Now how do I use mobile for emergency purpose? Ridiculous customer service from #Vodafone #Vi #VodafoneChennai

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone Why i am unable yo use the internet since last evening... I called many times to the customer care persons name preeti(Junior) shalini(Supervisor). Over Here no one is able to use the internet in the whole area. I want the solution ASAP.
