@ViCustomerCare My case has not yet been escalated, and it seems the issue keeps getting passed from one department to another. The service has been extremely disappointing - there’s no dedicated manager handling the harassment I experienced, and I still haven’t received any resolution.

@ViCustomerCare VI network is getting worse day by day. Instead of having 5G mobile we are not getting better 4G network. And they marketing like they are doing incredible work....bullshit.. VI needs to improve their network quality otherwise they will loose all customers... Take a look on it.

@ViCustomerCare u have the most expensive starting postpaid plan, to keep stickyness of customer u used to give a discount of 100/- to ensure u are at par with other competitors .Now that has reduced to 50;.Pls make me understand why I should continue with u
