    @ViCustomerCare You guys should really consider changing your TV ads to "FASTEST NETWORK UNTIL RAINY SEASON HITS" it's been a month and in every week or two I had to put a complaint for slow internet speed. Not even playing YouTube videos at 144 p. Pathetic!!🤮🤮

    @ViCustomerCare Dear customer care , stop activating roaming plan and charging customers unnecessarily. This should not be your company ethical practice. You have activated an Always on pack without my consent. I have been charged 599 for 2nd time .

    I went to replace my VI sim card on 16/7, I was told my sim would be activated in 3 hours. It has been more than 4 days since I saw a small single bar of network on my phone. Please help me @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare Tell me frankly ? When will you stop deducting the balance. After every 60 days, I have to contact your customer care for the deduction of balance.
