  @ViCustomerCare Please check again your Network start issue from last 3-4 Days. Now time to move to other network. Its really trouble for use #VI . All network company upgrade but you are decresed the Network stability.

  @ViCustomerCare When an existing customer renews the same recharge plan, why don't you specifically mention which benefits have been excluded compared to the previous plan? By not disclosing this, you are essentially misrepresenting the benefits.

  Sent DM to @ViCustomerCare as asked, but NO response or resolution yet. Total 9 days of backend service block on 89488xxx92 despite ₹598 deducted. If not resolved tonight, filing an official harassment & fraud case with @ConsumerAffairs & @TRAI tomorrow morning.

  @TRAI Yes. Slow Internet damaging work. These telecom companies are charging for 5G Services and in return we the customer are getting Internet Speed Below 2G Speed. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare There's no accountability.

  @ViCustomerCare I threw away that SIM as that was unsuitable, difficult to remember. I wanted to take a better connection BUT your customer care is extremely rude, disconnecting the call from time to time. Kindly give contact of your manager, time availability and name.

  @ViCustomerCare What for ? You share the phone number, time availability and full name of your manager. Then, after speaking to the manager, I may consider taking your services. I do not want to speak to your staff trained by you to be rude.
