    @ViCustomerCare I DM’d all details about my iMessage/FaceTime activation issue. No resolution yet. Prepaid user, no international SMS. Need international SMS enabled for iMessage activation on prepaid . Please fix this ASAP

    If travelling abroad , never ever buy a @ViCustomerCare pack... it's the most hopeless service provider. Not only does the network service is poor, they bill you beyond the free minutes. Terrible service,disappointed @ViCustomerCare .

    @ViCustomerCare Yes, it was resolved, but my service remained suspended for 26 hours; the VI team is responsible for this. Airtel had already provided clearance by 8 o'clock, yet the service was kept off, causing inconvenience to the customer—this is not right.
