    @ViCustomerCare My Amazon prime subscription was to be renewed on 30th Mar 2021, however it got autorenewed on 29th Mar'2021...unable to cancel it through the app. Pl cancel the subscription

    @ViCustomerCare I never subscribed for a CT, even though upon receiving a confirmation, I texted to deactivate it, the reply said I did not have any services active. Yet Ive been charged for it. I never opted for a CT, please refund my amount & not indulge in such technicalities.
