@ViCustomerCare you guys cannot facilitate movement from prepaid to postpaid on your own network? My prepaid sim got deactivated and postpaid you guys are not activating despite multiple store visits. Din’t know you use this innovative method to remove customers on your own.

Please intervene, they are calling several times and just saying there is no issue at site, whereas I have told them to send their executive with equipment and I can show them their zero speed
