I raised a complaint & escalated it multiple times, but the bill amount still reflected as 12k. CS agents also recommended that I not pay the bill till the issue is corrected. However, all my outgoing and internet services have been stopped. (2/2) @ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra

@ViCustomerCare I have 5 numbers in a family plan and 2 Individual Numbers all Postpaid, But I think I will have to port out for #5G as I am facing slow internet problem. Complained many times but not resolved.
