    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @AirtelNigeria @AIRTEL_KE @Airtel_Ug @TRAI @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @BSNLCorporate @cyber Venkat, this is the 4th time I'm facing this issue😒 Like everytime do I need to go and swap the SIM card. It would be better if I switch to some other network as @airtelindia is no longer the fastest network provider.

    @ViCustomerCare I am an Idea cust. now Vi since 2008. My sim stopped workin and on 2nd Jun I requested for Sim replacement by submitting original Voter ID Card as POI and POA. My request was rejected and since then I have visited Vi store 6 times, called 199 , sent lot of emails.Issue unresolved
