    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @AirtelNigeria @AIRTEL_KE @Airtel_Ug @TRAI @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @BSNLCorporate @cyber Venkat, this is the 4th time I'm facing this issue😒 Like everytime do I need to go and swap the SIM card. It would be better if I switch to some other network as @airtelindia is no longer the fastest network provider.

    @VodafoneIN OK here goes 1) Useless network - I am not getting network neither in house nor outside, I called up your pathetic customer care about the same they said I stay in low connectivity area. I had been to bangalore a year back still face same issues

    @VodafoneIN 2) wherever I go. It seems a low connectivity area, then Vodafone should suggest which place should I stay and which place should I work where there network

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing network issue from last 3 hours I called customer care no resolution If i stoped recharging u stop immediately stop the service and all the time u call and tell v will stop the service in the No. But when u trust and recharge your always dispppoint

    @ViCustomerCare If we pay in full, network is your job—but even YouTube fails! Refund if you can't deliver. ​IVR claimed 100 towers/hr (~8.76L/yr), but you only have 2.2L+. Who is responsible for the 6.56L missing towers? ​Why charge 5G rates nationwide when it's only in 110 cities? Answer us

    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

    @ViCustomerCare If you can't run the company properly, then give someone else the opportunity. Customers are suffering from every possible issue—expensive recharges, reduced talktime, less data, shorter validity, poor network coverage, and even SIM deactivation without proper justification.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your hopeless help and support, do check my revert. 3rd class services of Vi, @reliancejio is way better. Atlease they do not merge the recharge benifits even though user recharge twice or until agree to activate both plans simultaneously.
