@VodafoneIN network is very poor from last few days and complaint raised for the same... Please just check with my location shared...Otherwise I've to check with other option... I'm using your network from last 6yrs. My exact location is prabhat colony, purnia, bihar.

You just given me the date 2nd sept. Kindly resolve the issue at your earliest because I'm not taking it any more. It's been 3 days I'm facing issue with the network due to which my office work is pending which I can't afford. Please look into this @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

@daksh_rajput11 @ViCustomerCare definately when you compare the offer against jio offer,Vi rules here but how ever network is issue.I had even called CC network is bad in my area but they said network ia absolutely fine,but i requestes them if the network is good then kindly send technical team

@ViCustomerCare Very poor interaction experience by your Customer care executives. Please train them how to speak with customers and solve their queries properly, rather than giving useless and baseless recommendations and advice. Most of them are repeating the same thing.

@ViCustomerCare I am a postpaid user of vi network I want to get converted to prepaid but the vi store in Hyderabad and the customer care is not helping me out. Not able to pay huge bills in pandemic I contacted the customer care more than 10 times but they did not help me out.

@daksh_rajput11 @ViCustomerCare to my area and let them figure it out.But then they didnt respond eventualy i had to switch to jio,probably one of the top class network but offer wise they fail against Vi. I can assure if Vi improoves network in my area,i will switch back to Vi, if i switch
