You just given me the date 2nd sept. Kindly resolve the issue at your earliest because I'm not taking it any more. It's been 3 days I'm facing issue with the network due to which my office work is pending which I can't afford. Please look into this @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

@ViCustomerCare It has been a worst experience in this network since 4-5 days (Area: Bokajan,782480). Complained twice but till now no measures have been taken. Now I think it's time to port to some other network.

@ViCustomerCare Still no response and resolution yet. You've mentioned that I've extended the validity for 56 days for both the numbers, where is the validity for 56 days???? @ViCustomerCare No one bother to resolve the issue except fake commitment @rmstakkar Could you pls look into this??

@ViCustomerCare Today tried to port frm postpaid to prepaid ,Got a call frm Service Mgr(MH circle Head)talking so rude,challenged me that he ll not allow to port,Being an old postpaid loyal customer,can u Pl look into it or else I’ll find some new way to do #DntUnderestimate

@ViCustomerCare your site inspector came today to check but his visit turned out not so good. The internet still sucks. 20 kbps speed. And he said the tower in just next building belongs to vi only. I don't know what's happening but internet is worst now. Do something asap!

@ViCustomerCare I’m unable to receive OTP and when tried raising complaint through Whtsapp it takes me back to VI app and again ask me for OTP. Please help!

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia Following up for almost 7 days now, visited VI stores atleast 10 times, Travelled to and Fro almost 100 kms and it is unfortunate that a loyal consumer is penalized for trusting VI services. No resolution till now.
