    @VodafoneIN network is very poor from last few days and complaint raised for the same... Please just check with my location shared...Otherwise I've to check with other option... I'm using your network from last 6yrs. My exact location is prabhat colony, purnia, bihar.

    @ViCustomerCare “Hi Prasad! We don't want to lose you. as team remarks under SR No. MUMV00891781219,once recharge is successful and benefits are credited it cannot be refunded or transferred.” I appreciate your policy terms which don’t care about customer and I will write-off the loss for me.

    Totally frustrated with delayed resolution of Ref. No MNG-V00887226732 by Vodafone Idea. They say there is congestion. Data not working for two weeks now. Such delay is unacceptable. Their response by agents seems like Bots are responding. 😥 @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @ViCustomerCare ur network is like the shittiesst network in the world.ur customer support is alsoo rubbish..I'm facing network issues from past 5-6 days nd i hv tried everything to contact u but u guys doesn't respond to anything.just close ur company. it will be better that way

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneFdn It's really very surprised!! That you people don't have internet service in village Bambori Rajasthan ( pin code 312614). After Merger with Idea your service become worst.
