    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @VodaIdea_NEWS My Mob no is suspended from 17 Jan 2023 and i had lots of visits on store and contact to assistant but still my SIM not activated, so I am not able to any call and any bank transaction due to unavailability of Otp and SMS.pls help us.

    @ViCustomerCare I am in Canada, trying to setup UPI on my phone. Can't send SMS as 99 recharge for service validity does not allow outgoing SMS. I am not looking for international roaming plan as I only need to send 2-3 SMS. What do you suggest? Will a topup of 10/20/30/50 help?

    @TraiIndia - @ViCustomerCare are not responding to me, they are charging me for international roaming service which did not even work for a day when I travelled, I tries raising it over customer care and no response
