    @ViCustomerCare Poor service in area code 700105. Registered complaint did not fix the issue. It’s being 2 months.

    A fun little experiment to check how long it takes to get a call from @ViCustomerCare . port into request #CustomerAcquisition: 4 hrs port out request #CustomerRetention: 8 hrs complaint follow up #CustomerService: 8 days And my issue is still not resolved yet.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service providers since merger. Whole day no network and no otp too #pune heavily impacted indoor coverage last 25 days, no action taken. Just false assurance..waiting for stores to get open to move to other operators. #vodafoneindia #CustomerService
