    Have been struggling with internet network problem for the last 4-5 days. signals get lost after 5 minutes on a regular basis, have to resort to airplane mode but it gets lost again after 5 minutes. How many times a day do I have to turn airplane mode on / off ?? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @GpKiSchool1 exactly , evertime I switch on my data it changes into 2G( GPRS ) 2.5G ( EDGE) , I can't use after changing their customized APN settings , so give me my UPC , I just want to say " tata , goodbye , khatam , gaya" it not gonna work showing some paid users , worst coverage !!

    @ViCustomerCare Worst customer care executive you have. Network mai koi improvement nhi hua, or aapke executive complain close kr dete hai, bat bhi bahut rude tarike se karte hai. Don't buy Vi sim, aap ko pareshan karne k liye hi ye company bani hai.

    @Gadgetsdata @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Same my location also...my both SIM airtel & jio doesn't support Carrier Aggregation few days ago...then suddenly one day I saw airtel showing 4G+ , after some days jio also showing LTE+. But on both SIM CA doesn't stay live continuously.
