    Dear @VodafoneIN after so many of complains and after paying 600to 900 per month not getting the voice from the call and with 0 network is totally not acceptable. If u people can put a reminder for bill y don't u check for network & services. @PMOIndia @RGWayanadOffice

    Time to switch from @ViCustomerCare .Their highly capable 2G network is missing for 3 hours . @TRAI Please look into their service. They are charging a lot without giving service. Pls ask them to launch ESIM for prepaid.

    @ViCustomerCare Can you what is the minimum recharge as i do for sending SMS as there is no currently active plan and why top up not working to send SMS. Very intelligent.

    @ViCustomerCare Incoming calls dialed number is wrong, check the number u hv dialed, number doesn't exist, after this call connectivity issues are continue. So if you're company can't provide proper service refund me for my 6 month recharge amount I will port out from @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have sent messages but everytime they are calling and telling we will look into the issue. They are just looking into it but not doing anything. If VI like brand have some shame so provide the internet speed for which you are charging money from customer.@myogiadityanath help!

    @ViCustomerCare Im unable to get internet in my area from past 5 days. I raised a complain, which was also my last recharge date, on 5th January but today they gave the response & all problems were gone for just 2 hours & the problem is back again. Please help me with this prblm.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm yet to receive a solution from you. "These are service messages and hence can't be stopped" isn't acceptable; that's not a solution. Unless you provide a solution (and not a generic response and an excuse), you'd lose a customer you got less than 3 months ago.
