Very wrost service provided by your staffs and main head service centre patna . Your staffs are not available on counters for very long duration and when asked by customer behavior is also very bad , very sad by your service ,I will quit @VodafoneIN .

My @VodafoneIN number has an unauthorised deduction from the balance , even when the outgoing service is unavailable and that too without any kind of intimation or notification. No help from customer care or the support team on twitter. DM already sent , check it , bloody beggars

@ViCustomerCare Sorry to say but it's #happytoreply instead of #HappyToHelp . I've reported this issue many times. VI 4G speed is so poor here. You can't complain that traffic here is too much so it's due to that because it's a village. Even at night, VI gives not even 1mBps speed
