    @VodafoneIN One call received by Rahul,Customer service circle office Patna...But of no use...As he suggested trial and error method. Kindly arrange someone to deliver new SIM on urgent basis.

    @ViCustomerCare Completely unacceptable service. Suspended my active postpaid number without proper clarification and kept delaying resolution even after store visits and verification. Because of this unprofessional handling, I’m now planning to port to Jio or Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare What I still don’t understand is: If my number hd active validity and KYC ws already linked to my Aadhaar, y ws it stopped in the first place? And if verification was needed, why is reactivating an existing customer’s number made so difficult?
