    @ViCustomerCare Don’t want to chat with bots. Have shared number in direct message. Pls ensure someone with authority to call and discuss resolution on actuals. For past 4 years there’s no cell site nor any optimisation evident after 18 network checks in my area.

    @ViCustomerCare when it comes to switching from post paid to prepaid ,you think forcing people to visit a store in person might help deter them from changing their plan.the customer care said the DOT mandated it which I believe is 💩 @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare My complaint no 4-115128906222 raised on 09-04-2021. Today I received a call from call center. Executive asked me details and told me to hold he is checking details. He disconnected the call. I just called called to call center and came to know complaint is closed

    @ViCustomerCare False. Get ur act together n fullfill customer ask. Ur on air sites are just on papers. As informed by u there is better outdoor coverage. So i hv been demanding free hot spot device since mar2020. U agreed n then went silent after October. Stick to ur promise n honour ur words

    @VodafoneIN Pathetic service last two days in Pune area. I have opened complaint 2 days back but no luck. I only get or E or G. No 4G and no data. Mumbai is also suffering from the outage. Even voice calls don't work and my mother's phone is not reachable. Need immediate help.
