  @ViCustomerCare I’m facing really bad network issues. On 23rd of July, there was a flood in my town. Network went out. Since then i’m not getting network at all. I used to get inside my house but now i have to go out to make a simple call. Please help

  @ViCustomerCare I'm using a 5G Mobile have an ₹859 Unlimited 5G recharge active and I'm in a 5G coverage area However I'm still unable to access Unlimited 5G and my usage is being deducted from my regular data quota. Please look into this issue and provide resolution

  I purchased 3 Vi postpaid numbers and paid a total security deposit of ₹900. However, I still haven't received my security deposit refund. This is disappointing. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Continuous internet issues even in open areas. Tried all troubleshooting, changed phone settings, and used the Vi app, but nothing worked. It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.

  Hello @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare do you have any better postpaid family plans for 5 SIM together?? I'm using @airtelindia which is too costly and I'm using airtel from 14 years, no offer and very poor network as well.
