@ViCustomerCare Do you guys really take more than 8 hours to migrate prepaid to postpaid while keeping both prepaid and postpaid line down, making customer without a active phone. Really bad customer service. Never recommend VI to anyone.

@ViCustomerCare You closed the complaint and said I could call 198, which I did. Your own executive agreed these were promotional and raised a complaint again - which you closed giving the same reason. Really wonder what different action you'll be taking now 🙄
