@ViCustomerCare Very pathetic customer care service. They keep repeating the same again and again. If OTP is not sent to mobile, they should check their sms sent log whether it's delivering or not instead they are asking for screenshot of OTP screen. What is the use of such screenshot? Very lame

@ViCustomerCare What a nice drama & robotic script, where is the human here? There were multiple complaints raised, always complaint would get closed without resolving, now since I raised the issue on public platform u r coming out with the truth. Shows the ethics of the company how it runs
