    @ViCustomerCare Those idiots start asking me for my phone number the moment I mail them about anything. Fine. I have forwarded it there again. Let us see if I reach anybody sensible this time around. Surely, 100% of the customer care team cannot be clueless.

    @ViCustomerCare, since 2nd October, 2021, we are facing constant network issues. Saturday n Sunday 2nd n 3r Oct 21, were total zero network. We have 3 Vi Sim and due to such outage, we were helpless in emergency situation. Till date, the situation of the network is pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 @DoT_India how come you say that no further enhancement is possible? Are you going to refund my recharge amount? Since I 've recharged for 2599 validity 1 year. I'm really unable to use your service. Why should I pay you then?

    @sampra09 @ViCustomerCare @ViZzFans I too am a fan of idea, have other sim of vi. The old idea sim had faster 4g+ connectivity with VoLTE whereas my new number in VI was slower in data connection. Enquired with local VI support service provider where they demanded 150 for the SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network in the world. 4g network give 2g speed. Don't buy vi sim.

    @ViCustomerCare All ussd codes are not running / working from Vengurla pincode-416516. Getting message that connection error or invalid MMI code. Please check the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare How do i contact your customer care agent? There aren’t any numbers there is just IVR I have tried all the numbers: 199,198,98200 98200 But there is no way to connect customer care executive Fed up of this service!!
