    @ViCustomerCare Nowadays citizens are using 5G But Vodafone network providing 2G ia has a shared attachment. Every time I forget that I'm using a 4G handset or keypad mobile. U people don't know how many times I have raised a complaint. @ViCustomerCare @JioCare Now i am ready to port to jio

    @ViCustomerCare He's not even able to login to his twitter account. Apparently if he doesn't activate it by 24th Jan. The number will be discontinued/deactivated forever. Can you please provide a solution to this?

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I have network issues I already raised the issue several times still not solved If I am going outside about 300 metres am getting volte and 4g otherwise in inside my house I am getting 2g please solve my issue as soon as possible I am a postpaid user.. 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare Have called your Customer care a dozen times today. No resolution till now. What's the point of such an expensive international roaming pack if it doesn't work. The location is not getting updated at your end. All possible methods told by your team have been tried.
