    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Hi Sir , Same happened with me , ported 4 sim from Vodaphone postpaid. Then deposited extra 50 50 rupees for each sim . Then went to VI store and cleared all due , still they send sms since last 2 years and say 400 rupees are pending . please help ..

    @ViCustomerCare In every monthly bill I find an unauthorized charge of Rs.25 by you for downloading games. I do not download games. This has turned into a wilful harassment. When I complained on 198 they promised to cancel it. But today I received the bill with the same charge.

    @ViCustomerCare total froud company and totally bad customer service maine 50rs ka sms kiya incoming and outgoing services off thi uske baad bhi call aana jana off hain .. customer ko call kiya to unono for se alag recharge karne ko. Bola don't buy vi card online airtel jio
