    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI, Please fix the problem in my area. I get only 1 bar of network due to poor network condition. Place a new tower or fix the existing tower so that your users get better connectivity. Location:- KNOWLEDGE PARK 2, GREATER NOIDA.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not interested in listening to your lecture. That's my FNF to you I will port my SIM is only solution to save money till given time you keep going **** call data generator in your ghost system and recover your government loss from customers pocket.

    @ViCustomerCare The app is extremely slow and every recharge attempt is becoming a nightmare. Facing constant payment failures where money is deducted but recharge fails. Highly frustrated with this experience. Fix this and refund my pending amounts ASAP! DMed you the details @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I would like to inform you that the network and internet issue with my corporate Vi SIM is still unresolved even after raising the concern earlier. Due to continuous call drops and poor internet connectivity, my field work and communication are getting affected regularly.
