@ViCustomerCare I was a previous VI user and had subscribed to Amazon Prime membership through the benefits. Now on 11th June the subscription is supposed to be renewed but I do not want to continue it and wish to cancel. How do I do ?

@ViCustomerCare worst experience ever! I tried logging in to Cowin but I am NOT receiving any OTPs, all my friends and family are getting OTPs! I am missing out on vaccine slots due to this! Is there any solution to this? Or should I migrate to @airtelindia @reliancejio ?
