    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia I live in Hapur, U.P, 245101 and I got very less internet speed on my Vi 4G sim card, even I live near a idea cell tower. Also I am not able to call customer care for help. I registered a complain through Vi app but my problem did not resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare Ordered new sim with special number via Vi all,but till now no call received nor any tracking status available on app and i need that number anyhow. Talked to customer care team and he said wait till the evening, don't know why?

    @ViCustomerCare I requested international roaming on my mobile last month. However, I was unable to use any of it. Yet, Vodafone has generated a bill of 13k for services that I was unable to use. Now, I don’t get data, and I cannot make calls from that number#annoyed customer😡

    @ViCustomerCare Worst connectivity of VI network at Ahmadabad Gujrat if you can't provide good network in big city like Ahmadabad, then god can help please do it on priority, my coordinates are - 22°99'15" N,72°60'95"E pin code 380008

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI am not able to browse Internet while on call. I have tried calling your customer Service and some of them system is down & Some disconnect the call after few minutes.
