Most shameful behavior from #VodafoneIdea @ViCustomerCare As soon as I escalated my issue of no revert / resolution for last 7 days for wrong billing, Outgoing on all my 3 nos. in Family plan has been stopped. Forcing Consumers to pay the wrong billed amt. despite escalation.

@ViCustomerCare Why did u hide most important part?😡@DoT_India VI changed my plan (49 to 299) w/o intimation & my consent. I raised complaint on 29th Oct saying I’ll pay only old plan bill & surrendered num. VI intentionally neglect it for 2.5 months. 2day in call VI agreed 2 fix it in 5 days🧐

@ViCustomerCare since I sent port out request I got 50 plus call to retain the customer..if you guys work on customers complaint then you guys not require to give 50+ calls. Bhenchod Gaand mein ungli kar di jub se number port out ka msg kiya hai.tell your executive not to call.
