@ViCustomerCare Firstly there was never a network issue,u logged a wrong comolaint and marked it resolved...funny.... it was a recharge and its benefits issue which was not resolved in time and my rollover data got lappsed.

@ViCustomerCare Every now and then I get no service message. Even after trying to search manually the problem persists. Rebooting is the last solution to find 1 or 2 bars of the signal.
