Start a new relationship with @airtelindia. @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN VI lousy service coupled with threats to pay Bill's already paid forced me to port after donkeys years with VI. I do hope they find out why the service levels have dropped. Interacting w/bots is not ideal.
