@ViCustomerCare I still have no bars for my network and can’t receive calls and messages it’s been more than a week since I am back in India!!! Pathetic! Didn’t have proper network in USA & Canada too! used my husbands airtel roaming most of the times to make voice calls there!

@ViCustomerCare Even after more than a week I don't have resolution of my issue. Complaint just gets closed and reopened and I just get standard answer everytime. I will wait for max 1 week or I am simply going to port my number in @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. I am fed up of this nonsense.

It's better to be shut down the services @ViCustomerCare rathar than giving 3rd class service No 4G everywhere No call clarity & even I have paid Rs.78 for callertune for successful subscription but sadly the caller tune is not playing on my num #VI #shutdownVI @ViCustomerCare
