    @ViCustomerCare If u are not able to provide services then kindly close your company rather than fooling customers. I am unable to receive calls from last 8-9 days and your customer service ask for 4-5 days time. Vodafone have lowered the standard after merging with Idea.

    @ViCustomerCare 4g scam worst network in my location i had complaint so many time but form @ViCustomerCare never responded my massage or call so i had decided i closed my 2 vi sim.

    @ViCustomerCare Suddenly internet has stopped working from last 2 days. Talked with customer care executives 2 times since then. Visited Vi store also. They all are totally clueless and don't know how to resolve this issue. Most pathetic service ever. Pls improve.

    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare do you plan to resolve issue today or not?Issue was resolved on 8th august now again same issue after 8-9 days again mobile data not working@ViCustomerCare i have complained 6-7times in 20 days for same issue
