Well @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK became rude!!! I pay nearly £100 a month for being abused in a live chat! Then after waiting in a queue for an hour I purposefully get cut off! Think I’ll cancel and go back elsewhere thanks!

@ViCustomerCare VAS automatically activated and wrongly charged on my mothers phone.. This happens regularly.mother is getting frustrated. Horrible service. Vi please tell me when my mother subscribed to this. I know she cant. Because she doesn't even know how to use your app
