    @ViCustomerCare i have been with #idea for more than 8 years but never seen such unappreciated behavior. Also what service you are proving through your app where one can't deactivate their service. First fix bugs in your app then promote it. (2/2)

    @ViCustomerCare - I think your executives are out of their mind. I can't make or receive phone calls on my Vi SIM and I just received a reply that my issue will be solved by 27th April. Is this a joke?

    @ViCustomerCare issue with incoming calls and sms for the past 3-4 days! Its been 2 days since the complaint was logged via VI App but no resolution. Lot of work is stuck as OTP sms is not coming thru. Please resolve this at the earliest! #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare well I wonder about this service of yours, on port request executive called to send cancel request message in order to successfully terminal idea service and to go ahead with the connection for new port service made for..."policies are changed now"-- exec. Added!

    @ViCustomerCare - And, if the resolution to my concern will actually take 1 week. Then, please let me know the steps to port my number to another carrier. I think that would take less than 1 week. And, that will be a solution once and for all.
