@ViCustomerCare @BDUTT Swiched from VI to Airtel 3 months ago. Again back to VI. its has deterioted and worse. I have always to move out of house to take a call. Downloading speed is disgusting. Why pay bills for poor service.? Minister, are you listening.?

@PradeepHardikar I switched from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia and really sad to state that the customer support is equally disappointing at airtel as well. I guess, they are all the same at the core

@ViCustomerCare I have done 1 year plan which will expire in April. After that i will surely port to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Worst service by VI. Team Airtel , Any option if i have 3 months existing plan and i still want to port ?

Here,however, Vi will mark your issue as resolved in the Vi app and they consider it to be resolved. Additionally, the offer that Vi is currently providing with the Hero Unlimited Pack as night data free from 12AM to 6AM is not that fast it's preferable to use 3G @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I'll explain the exact issue. I'm paying for 4G but thanks to you I'm being provided only 3G services at max because your Indoor 4G coverage sucks. Complained about it on 11 Sept got a whopping 3 month deadline that my issue will be fixed. Now more than 3 months but still same.
