    @ViCustomerCare I want to migrate from vi prepaid to vi postpaid so that i can avail benifits from my balance in main account. But your vi customer care centres are not helping me on this...sirsa vi store is not helping me on this. I just want want to transfer my balance to postpaid account.

    @TRAI I activated my international roaming on @ViCustomerCare however on reaching Sri Lanka my outgoing calls were not working.Inspite of complaining immediately after landing in Colombo there was problem in accessing data as well as outgoing calls.
