@ViCustomerCare never recommending your service to someone. Your executive called that your billing amount is pending I cleared that immediately, but they never mentioned that I had a due amount too. Now all of a sudden they tell me adding the due I have pending amount.#NotFair

Its been 7long yearswith @ViCustomerCare @Vodacom but now it's time to change because of getting worst uses experience day by day, network issues, costumer care experience, charges of normal sms and call amounts too much and sms is not including in packs.@VodaIdea_NEWS

@ViCustomerCare stop activating some sports pack or music pack randomly and then deducting my balance without my consent. This is becoming very frustrating as I had to call customer care everytime and then answer 10000000 questions to get my balance back. This is irritating.
