    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I have 3 nos & all are having problem check ur records, nos r known to u. Having spent a considerable time in telecom sector, all i can say is,stop being lazy & lackadaisical. Just ask your network/noc teams for the problem. You will come to know, don't bother the customer.
