  @ViCustomerCare I am really appalled by the level of service provided by vodaphone. My balance is automatically getting low without using data, calls, sms etc and dispute raising complaint there is absolutely no response.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare back in 2018 I bought a idea mobile connection 9091XXX589 but didn't used more as you have got merged and already I had Vodafone connection. Still that idea connection is active in my name and the SIM have network. I wish to terminate this from my name. Help

  I am using vi sim. I have a issue. When I sent sms then vi internet connection goes off automatically. After a minute internet on. I have visited to vi gallery but they don't know how to solve problem. @ViCustomerCare
