@ViCustomerCare The resolution provided by Vodafone Idea was that they will neither restore the services of my mobile nor return the money which I had already paid. In gist, they are exploiting a customer. This is not acceptable. Loot in broad day light. Shame.

@ViCustomerCare I met Mr Chamdrjeet Vi store Kalawad road Rajkot. he suggest me to Leave Vi and do MNP, he himself is dissatisfied with your system. I agree with him as For such a simple problem u had already made me 4 trip to Vi Store waste 100 human hours

@ViCustomerCare Congrats @ViCustomerCare . Even after a Fresh Sim/New No. U couldn't provide even a SINGLE CALL incoming outgoing call, SMS, 1 KB of Data In Short; YOU PROVED that You, Your customer care, Your Staff and even DEALERS ARE A PACK OF JOKERS who have NO Concern for even New Customers
