    My sim is not working suddenly from Saturday 27/Aug/2022 I visited to local #Vi store, they told to take new sim and it will activate in 4 hrs but it is 52hrs and @ViCustomerCare is not provided proper info, I have all #Proof

    @ViCustomerCare No more a VI customer now. Ported to airtel. Thanks for trying to resolve the complaint since last 3 years. Improve in terms of your outward communications (sms, calls) to customers, helpdesk quality, network and other things. @DoT_India @TRAI involving you here
