  @ViCustomerCare I have sent my number through DM. Please remove the excess charges levied ASAP. Otherwise I'll have to discontinue the services or port my number to a different service provider. How can you add services to my monthly scheme without even asking me? Extremely disappointed.

  @ViCustomerCare Market strategy of Vi is they provide u data rollover But on weekends they slow up their network and customer care don't response with ur problem

  @ViCustomerCare Have been charged for a VAS service that I never subscribed this is the third time this has happened in last 6 months.Such a cheap marketing gimmick by Vi no other telecom operator apart from Vi does this Shame on Vi
