    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been trying to update my personal details for last 6 months so that I can reissue my sim - you’ve literally made my life a living hell, corporate Vi is horrible No one knows anything - everyone makes you go in circles - had to get a new number because of this

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi number (7732865494) is unable to send any outgoing SMS despite having an active plan. This is clearly a system issue from your side. Please fix this immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Vi’s own SMS confirms Voter ID is accepted for re-verification, yet the Khuba Complex store claims their system has no option for it. I DM’d a week ago with zero response. How can Vi issue official instructions that its own stores cannot follow? #KYC #CustomerRights
