    Dear @ViCustomerCare My mobile number has been placed under Negative Verification, and despite making repeated calls to customer care, visiting the Vi Store multiple times, and sending emails, there has been no resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Ms Sunita U picked up the issue correctly the IR pack is deactivated BT I never asked for the deactivation Kindly get this activated urgently Until you picked up this issue none of the VI agents were able to resolve the matter I spend 3 hours chatting with VI with no result

Please share the locations of the retail touch-points for the PIN code. also,I would like to understand why a representative can visit for KYC in case of a new sim, but not for duplicate sim KYC 1/2

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, my number ending 6949 was due for activation at 11:31 PM on 27 Jul after porting, but it still shows No Service. My old SIM is already inactive. I cannot make calls, receive SMS/OTPs, use data, or log in to work systems. Please activate it urgently.
