    @ViCustomerCare Hi. I have already written to customer care on 2nd July. It's already been a week and the resolution provided is not satisfactory. Please look into this on priority.

    @ViCustomerCare My old sim developed technical problem. I bought a new replacement sim today evening at 7.10 pm. I was told it takes 30 minutes to activate replacement sim. Service is not activated till now. Please check and inform activation status. Number in DM.
