    @ViCustomerCare Thanks to Vi for resolving our issue, but if we had come to solve the problem only when we called customer care, we wouldn't have had to tweet on social media.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone have just cut my balance and when I called customer care one person said me VAT service is activated on 11- Nov -2019 & check it on 155223 no to check it. When I have called it is showing there us no service on this no.

    @reliancejio is only network to bring network to deep villages, bring tariff down, others @Airtel_Presence , @VodafoneIN & @idea_cares never install network to villages, still all these three network is not provide 3G/4G network to my place even 2G is not good @TRAI

    @TRAI Out of our knowledge, the balance is deducted from our @ViCustomerCare 's prepaid No.@mansi_nos under the pretext of VAS CT and the complainant states that "you have activated this service so the deducted balance will not be refunded" it's happening again & again.

    @DoT_India They are not taking any action, take complaint and after some day they closed with same answer every time. More than 50 complaint done by me to @ViCustomerCare . They don't care to solve. Because they don't have any fear from government. That's why end user like me suffers.

    @ViCustomerCare may be indias fastest network but availablity is poor, available only in cities, my location your 4G network is zero

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI When I hve called second time they have told service is activated on 19-Nov-2019. So, I want to know how der is a difference tw two person's replies. When I have talked to higher authority dey have told d service is only activated for only 1 day.

    @ViCustomerCare Today morning VI executive cheats me that due to high rise buildings there no network in my area But fact is that my location is in rural areas and there no any high rise building up to 10kms surrounding air distance. I m advise you for proper service.

    @VodafoneIN From last 5 6 days vodafone network works totally worst. Continuously change network from 4G to 3G. Kindly do needful there is no problem happened before this week. There is some problems in tower network. My location is Lillapor, valsad, Gujarat.

    This is total harassment. 1st, you force a recharge on a dead SIM, and even after paying, the network is still "Emergency Only". If this isn't resolved, I initiating a port-out request and lodging a formal complaint with @TRAI for deficient service. @ViCustomerCare @_DigitalIndia

    @ViCustomerCare I have two sim one without any recharge plan and the other one with 365 recharge plan which provide 12 to 12 and 5G unlimited data But the problem is the sim with without recharge plan have 5g network but the sim in which I have a recharge plan never connects with 5G Why?

    5/ @ViCustomerCare your network quality is already poor, but your customer service is even worse. A genuine long-time customer with valid government ID gets treated like a fraud case over a corrected DOB. Absolutely pathetic experience at VI Store, Kamrej, Surat.
