So, I want to know how der is a difference tw two person's replies. When I have talked to higher authority dey have told d service is only activated for only 1 day.

I m advise you for proper service.

Even though it shows 4G/5G, it often drops to 2G signal, and this has been happening for quite some time. If you can’t provide proper service, then shut down your network in this area.
