    @DoT_India They are not taking any action, take complaint and after some day they closed with same answer every time. More than 50 complaint done by me to @ViCustomerCare . They don't care to solve. Because they don't have any fear from government. That's why end user like me suffers.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone have just cut my balance and when I called customer care one person said me VAT service is activated on 11- Nov -2019 & check it on 155223 no to check it. When I have called it is showing there us no service on this no.

    @VodafoneIN From last 5 6 days vodafone network works totally worst. Continuously change network from 4G to 3G. Kindly do needful there is no problem happened before this week. There is some problems in tower network. My location is Lillapor, valsad, Gujarat.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks to Vi for resolving our issue, but if we had come to solve the problem only when we called customer care, we wouldn't have had to tweet on social media.

    @TRAI Out of our knowledge, the balance is deducted from our @ViCustomerCare 's prepaid No. under the pretext of VAS CT and the complainant states that "you have activated this service so the deducted balance will not be refunded" it's happening again & again.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup For last few months we are suffering from poor network issue, so many time complaints registered at call center too till date there is no solution we are about to port do the needful at the earliest

    @VodafoneIN i am fed-up now to chase you for your reply. Either you reply me in next 60 minutes or either don’t dare charge me for my billing a single penny. Chasing you since last 3-4 days for the issue.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI When I hve called second time they have told service is activated on 19-Nov-2019. So, I want to know how der is a difference tw two person's replies. When I have talked to higher authority dey have told d service is only activated for only 1 day.

    @reliancejio is only network to bring network to deep villages, bring tariff down, others @Airtel_Presence , @VodafoneIN & @idea_cares never install network to villages, still all these three network is not provide 3G/4G network to my place even 2G is not good @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India VI executive called me on 11/11/2021 and promised that VI will solve the network issue within 48 hours.Because I complained from last July 2021. Still network issue not solved.

    @ViCustomerCare may be indias fastest network but availablity is poor, available only in cities, my location your 4G network is zero

    Very Very Poor Vodafone Super4G Network Vodafone has no Perfect 4G Connectivity.. Airtel and Jio is Batter than your Service Very Disappointed about your internet Connectivity.. My Rating to Vodafone Service 0/10 @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @TRAI @VodafoneIN

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia facing extremely poor network coverage in my area since i chose you. Rly disappointed. Had complained b4.but nothing happened. I think, i need 2 look for other options now. My Area pincode is 273015 (Gorakhpur, UP) @VodafoneIN can u do some wonder?

    @ViCustomerCare If you people don't have the capability to give quality service as per QOS guidelines then say no to customer instead of cheating them. Pathetic Call Center Please ask CEO and Management to attend customer calls as your call center is pathetic and unprofessional

    @ViCustomerCare I already told - I don’t need automated calls coming to my phone and playing advertisements and caller tunes related stuff. Hence requested you - during this crisis when we are all tensed about receiving phn calls, pls avoid such calls. That’s it. No more help needed.

    @ViCustomerCare my Voda nu. 9971560496 this is my 21st complain to you but there is no reply from voda till now I am totally disappointed. You don't have any time to reply your customer. I promise to you that I pay bill and then I port my nu. You didn't full fill your promise.

    @ViCustomerCare right now I'm in Karnataka at Gulbarga, and here I'm facing the worst network experience from India's fastest 4G network. Even if try to contact customer care, the call never get connected.
