@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare @vodafone @TRAI See the speed of so-called 5G — it’s not even close! Even in metro cities, there’s barely any 5G network. What’s the point of paying for 5G recharge when the speed feels like 2G? Totally disappointing experience.

@Laxman_X45 @ViCustomerCare Vi ke "unlimited" plans mein aksar FUP (Fair Usage Policy) hoti hai, jaise 300GB limit, jiske baad speed kam ho jati hai ya extra charges. Recharge ke time yeh clearly mention na hone ki complaints common hain (jaise consumer courts mein cases). Official terms check karo Vi app ya website pe. Issue resolve karne ke liye Vi support (198) call karo ya TRAI ko complain karo.

@ViCustomerCare Vi network company is very cheap, I am facing problems using the internet from the Vi network. Already complained 3 times about network issues but the company never resolved the issues properly. I am going to change with Airtel.
