    @ViCustomerCare I am facing call drop problem. I am trying to raise complaint in vi app but not getting Success. I am writing my problem in Vi chat but all waste. If your company not able to solve problem then I thinking to go towards SIM port.

    @ViCustomerCare. Absolutely worst service even for a high paying postpaid customer of 12 yrs with multiple connections. The agents do not know anything about IR, and I'm a day without my phone working, despite the app saying that IR is activated on my number. Pathetic! #exhausted

    @ViCustomerCare It's been 24 hours, but the number is still not activated at Vi end and it was ported from airtel.. really it's a big mistake of mine. Horrible response from Vi. No reason am paying my postpaid bill..without calls and internet!! No clue
