    Dear @ViCustomerCare My mom is sick of your telemarketing marketing calls day in and day out. Your DND registration is so broken that even activation of the DND service is not possible to do. If you don't activate it, she has no other option than porting it to other network.

    @ViCustomerCare robbers and frauds, still have not resolved my issue, ignoring my tweets with automated messages. Worse service, disgusting behaviour. 6 different vi service personnel have called me Asking me what is the issue, none know why have they called me.

    @ViCustomerCare hi there, I facing network issue since Mar 10 and raised ticket at 11.25am but without resolution ticket closed within 2 mins I.e.,11.27am. Since then I could raise any ticket on whattsapp neither i see network related question in Vi app. Can anyone respond plz
