    @ViCustomerCare You guys have worst customer care services in India. No one cares to resolve customer issues. Even after several calls for the same issue you guys are not able to provide solution. I urge everyone to switch their mobile network from this disgusting services.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare vodafone-idea, your 4G internet connectivity is very slow today. It shows all 4 bars but the speed isn't exceeding 100 kbps. Please fix it.

    @ViCustomerCare last one month my net speed is slow. I don't know what Vodafone is doing. Last week I was convert Vodafone to Airtel because Airtel net speed awesome. But we have recv the vi retention team call. Officer promise me vi team resolve the net speed issue. Not resolved
