Sanjeev, I would ask you to take action regardless of the scale of the issue. I had a similar problem with tata sky DTH. They still call me, months later. We need to legally stop this harassment.

    @ViCustomerCare No, thank you, Myra. You guys are too smart - you could see all the charges but your customer care couldn't see the recharge for Rs. 330 that was done for my mother's phone. And trust me, it isn't about Rs. 330 - this is about what a crook Vodafone is.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vodafone harassed me the same way... They're notorious for this It was after I raised the matter with their appellate authority that it got resolved, but yes, it took time to get resolved Voda even notified my new provider & I started getting msgs that service will be stopped

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have sufficient balance and validity in my VI mobile no. Despite this, I am forced to recharge for ₹129 or more for SMS facility. Plz mark it as complaint Vodafone-Idea. #vodafoneIdeaComplaint
