    Any update on this @VodafoneIN @ajitkmenon if you can help. The issue is, during this contry lockdown one of my number's plan got changed with a request received on Vodafone Mini Store. I need some authentic person talking to me on this. Regards

    @ViCustomerCare Using mobile services from last 16 years but never this level of worst services, Everyone on the twitter is just replying the same message but no one is giving the resolution, this is just hell services, Even the head @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare has no responsibility.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello I did MNP from Airtel to VI. I just swapped the sim. It is showing VI network but when I call someone it is asking for some pin to activate. How to do that.? I am in Urgency.

    @AdityaD_Shah Mine is not listed. It was all started with CelForce in 2000 which was turned out to be Hutch and today’s @ViCustomerCare. It’s been 23 years now and I never got an opportunity to speak customer care. Fantastic Service and Mobile Provider.🤞

    @ViCustomerCare network in Guwahati is pathetic. Call drops, cross connections, no connections, slow internet speed. no internet connection. It is horrible. Please look into it.
