    Day 6 and @ViCustomerCare still hasnt resolved my problem. They keep asking saying it will be resolved in 48 hours and that they have escalated the issue to the concerned department. I am not sure when the issue will be resolved

    @ViCustomerCare I am using VI network due bill not paid my number was disconnected and after the bill is paid there is no single network bar. Very poor network.
