  @ViCustomerCare my 76 YO aunt was forced to port her airtel prepaid to VI. And take a family plan 701. She was taking back her deceased husband's number as a remembrance. The vi store at nalasopara west didnt inform her about the 451 plan. Is this how VI is happy to help?

  @ViCustomerCare since morning my internet is not working had talked with your executive but still problem is not solved, the service is getting disgusting day by day earlier also faced some issues
