@ViCustomerCare getting 50kbps-2mbps speeds since last 3-4 months complaining since 2-3 months but no improvement seen. Before 4-5 months it was around 40-60 mbps. Why such huge reduction in speed? Looks like you are going to shut down the business afterall.
