  @VodafoneIN In covid times the customer care operators are less & new condition call from prepaid or postpaid no ONLY as per ur complaint(NO PROPER IVR option to talk). Then why there is no relaxation in rental. Once the outgoing calls are barred why even if RC calls are not ON?

  @ironny100 @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN is the biggest of all. I had officially submitted my request to cancel my port. Vodafone person said yes done. After 10 days you recieve a message stating that from 00:00 your vodafone sim gets activated ! Bang now you are forced to use it !

  @ViCustomerCare @geekyranjit I wonder if it would be worthwhile to create a video on this matter. Sadly, consumers don't have an option to choose b/w which network is good or bad rather the choice depends on which operator is the least worst. I am happy to participate in any legal preceedings.

  @ViCustomerCare When I try to call the number in question, 99% of the time I get "out of coverage" recording.. which is not true. There is some problem somewhere. Fix it. Sending me useless questionnaires isn't going to help
