    @reliancejio @JioCare i thought i would get supirior experience if port into jio. Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.

    @ViCustomerCare it's day in day out only one message reflect SMS can't send error 38. If same problem continues we have to port to other operator. I had tried with Vi app but no results. Look in to it.

While we've noted your concern, here's a way to improve your indoor Network experience. Simply connect to any WiFi and start making calls using WiFi calling from Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I would request you to close your company and go home. Our money is being wasted. because of you guysWhole day net is not working, there is net problem in cities like Ahmedabad and we are tired of complaining every time, we are getting very useless service

    @VodafoneIN since one week Vodafone 4G speed is like a 2G, Worst speed ever i seen, friends don't go for new connection in Vodafone. I think it's time to port number to another service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare I had raised my query to port my number from bsnl to vi 4 days ago and till now it is not ported. I was told it will be ported in 3 days. I have received the sim and it is also showing the network but BSNL sim is still active.
