@VodafoneIN Seriously sometimes I think 4g network is equally fast as 2g. Very bad Data speed in a prime location of Ahmedabad. 🤔😡

Called @JioCare @reliancejio to explain the problem but they showed no interest no intent to solve or understand. Pure laziness and carelessness by @JioCare forcing people to switch back to @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN which offer excellent network and superior customer service

@VodafoneIN Don't know what is fine and what is resolved. Except for the call from call centre mentioning your back-end team has conveyed the issue has been resolved. I don't think so.

Hey @VodafoneIN , my dad lost his phone last month and replaced his sim card from his nearest Vodafone store last month but due to some issues sim card wasn't activated from your end. The guy at store talked very rudely with my old man and told him to wait another 24 - 48 hrs

Finnaly got a call from @VodafoneIN and i understood why 23L customer left @VodafoneIN As per my talk with the executive, @VodafoneIN only wants Govt employees to be their cluents and give offers to them. If you are not Govt Employee @VodafoneIN doesn't give damn about you.

@ViCustomerCare what a service provide by Vi. At my location almost 20K customer of Vi. Everybody get a full signal. But we don't get a data speed and good calling quality. When we complain to customer care, they told we r providing maximum speed. They provide jst 100kb speed.

@ViCustomerCare My problem is that whenever i complain of slow network my data gets depleted without use. It has happened twice. Is it done to show that network was working properly or a message to me to not complain ? It only brings a bad name to the brand.Very Sad.
