Called customer care for partial refund but as per them, charges would be levied even though service was not provided. Worst service ever experienced.

Facing same concern in my area and i am compaining since 12.08.2020. No actions taken yet. Only complaint closing they are doing to maintain their target and achievements.

The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done.
