@ViCustomerCare Hi, So I switched to VI Red x postpaid plan I was told that I'll be getting good 4G network. Now, even in my area which is captial city of Gujarat, Gandhinagar.. I'm barely getting 2G/3G speed.

@ViCustomerCare Many operators are playing this caller tune once in a day but in VI whenever I call same person this tune starts first. This is really bad. I also use Jio but there is no problem.

Pathetic conversation with @ViCustomerCare care on 198. Customer care guy told me "we can't to anything, you recharge again with ₹ 500 or you move to other network. After being a customer for 17 Yr this is what you get. No option left other than to port on other network.

@ViCustomerCare Insane .. After visit from your Network Department Guy Force me to Sign on blank form. He Doesn’t Wrote any single Complain About Network on it. He Just walk away while I denied Sign on blank form. This is how u resolve Complaints???

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am using Idea number since 2015 and did not face any issue, even once due do some issue I got late to pay my bill, and was charged with fine, which on request they waived off. So the issue you are facing is some scam from fraudsters.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI They keep sending daily messages (sometimes multiple times a day) randomly upgrading my postpaid plans. You have the option to click on save or cancel, which I feel is unethical and tricky. Super irritating service provider!

Before that I have paid all the exiting charges as per their calculation while shifting from pre-pd to post-pd and then continued with post-pd for 8-9 months. Never get message to clear my dues in that period.
