@VodafoneIN You are third class network provider. Call drop , network not connected and there is no solution for this issues.before 1 year you were the best in gujarat. I must say you are not eligible to come in rank of network provider.

@Ranjithsrk008 @ViCustomerCare @VirPate50895650 Out of 260 million customers 180 million customers are 2g customers, only 80 million active customers use 4g pan India. So they won't invest much to provide better service. Expectations with #vi is foolishness. They don't have 4g indoor coverage and Vowifi.

Dear @ViCustomerCare. Kindly fix your network asap. I don't want to say 'Hello, am I audible?' for innumerable times on a call. I'll think about switching to some other service provider if problem persists even after this tweet.

@Ranjithsrk008 @ViCustomerCare @VirPate50895650 Nothing will happen. Because they don't have any network engineer to resolve issue. They fully depend on Airtel. This network issues are pan India. Same robot reply to all customers. I have not heard any news their network issues are resolved. Just port. This is 2g network.

@TRAI I'm a vi customer. But when I faced any problem Vi customer care & @ViCustomerCare no one help us they said reach us via DM . When we dm them after explaining all problems new person comes then i have to explain all problems again than come new one...no one help us.
