    @VodafoneIN You are third class network provider. Call drop , network not connected and there is no solution for this issues.before 1 year you were the best in gujarat. I must say you are not eligible to come in rank of network provider.

    @VodafoneIN numver series +91-87070xxxxx you are saying number is invalid however if I call without +91 it works. @Truecaller default add +91 in historical call. Need a fix on this from both of you

    So after 3 responses in 5 days from @ViCustomerCare which basically achieved nothing, i managed to visit the V! Store today only to learn that the customer care told me wrong amnt on phone and that i needed to pay 5k in CASH! no card, no e-payment. I mean why?!

    @abhinav_appurv @ViCustomerCare Mobile phone network is not just about internet, it should have great call quality too. Vi doesn't support wifi calling and its VoLTE sucks, it turns off as soon as call gets connected.

    @ViCustomerCare Yes.. tried all the options to improve vthe speed even rebooted the mobile... But the speed is very slow when I check the sped on internet..band it's disconnecting frequently..

    @ViCustomerCare Getting bill even after disconnectionIt's really frustrating..no help since last 3 months. I have responded on collection emails many times and one today also. It's really frustrating during these unprecedented times we have to deal with these unnecessary emails.

    @ViCustomerCare @i_annyhero Why does he get 13mbps download speed while i cannot ever hear the other person's voice on the call, and get just over a 100kbps speed? Before you say to "Dm uS tHe DeTailS" I already have, you ignored my messages and never replied back. Just like my ex. Slow claps for you Vi.👏

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port my number into ur company but there is no delivery services in my pincode. Also there is Lockdown restrictions and your Vi store is closed till 20th May 2021. Please help me @ViCustomerCare
