    @VodafoneIN You are third class network provider. Call drop , network not connected and there is no solution for this issues.before 1 year you were the best in gujarat. I must say you are not eligible to come in rank of network provider.

    If you think that you are leading in network provider company ensure your strong connection first of all. And never say Gujarat's No 1 network otherwise I will file case against you for this @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

    @ViCustomerCare For Vi to Vi change: So many rules For porting over to Vi: One sms Does this make sense? Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one? Getting a new sim - you can start using it in minutes Whereas for these issues - hours/days long wait.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , there has been zero network signal in Alind, Serilingampally, Hyderabad. I'm unable to make calls or use mobile data. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. #Vi #NetworkIssue

    Recharged with the ₹349 plan, but since 5G is unavailable in my area, I'm limited to 1.5 GB/day on 4G. I have been trying to recharge with the ₹55 Unlimited Data add-on, but every payment attempt fails. Despite multiple attempts and contacting customer support @ViCustomerCare
