@VodafoneIN From past one month I'm facing problem with network coverage, call drops, no data & customer care unnecessary useless calls. @TRAI @DoT_India whether regulatory have role in such cases or not, no clarify in grievance addressing procedure. Symphony on systems.

@ViCustomerCare worst service, i ever availed. Even after having validity and balance in my account, i am not able to send 1 SMS. To send SMS i have to recharge by INR 128. Yes i will, but to port my no to other service. Hopeless.
