    @VodafoneIN Related to network & data issue complaint registered on 30/04/2019 and reference no 230358488. Till now No action has been taken.Better to switch to @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare Sad!! One of your support called and assured me that she will send network settings to follow. However I haven't received that msg yet. At the moment I finding difficulty to access your own VI app. Calling 199, no luck. Its doesn't even connect..

    @VodafoneIN From past one month I'm facing problem with network coverage, call drops, no data & customer care unnecessary useless calls. @TRAI @DoT_India whether regulatory have role in such cases or not, no clarify in grievance addressing procedure. Symphony on systems.

    @ViCustomerCare I saw the DM. The info that I've already provided is good enough if you really want to work towards fixing the network issue. Make someone visit those pin codes & check the non-existing coverage in that entire area! It's damn simple. There's no need for 5 rounds of questions! 🙏🏻

    @ViCustomerCare fraud network . I recharged for 299Rs nonstophero offer that is unlimited data for 28 days . That offer valid for my mobile number . But after I recharge it shows only 1GB/day . Such a worst behaviour from #VI. #ChorVI 😡

    @ViCustomerCare Dear @ViCustomerCare to prioritise a select few your network #Vi needs 5G SA capabilities which your network don’t have. #Airtel have it for postpaid customers & #jio have it for everyone. Kindly upgrade your network from 5G NSA to 5G SA & expand coverage which is poor.

    @ViCustomerCare More than a month. Still no resolution. Postpaid-to-Prepaid migration requested on 2 May. Payment completed. Proof shared. 50+ calls made. Result: Number disconnected and incorrect bill generated. How long does it take to verify a payment and fix a #customer account #Vi
