    @TRAI @VodafoneIN Now Vodafone network completely low and very poor services. And we called many times to customer care and tweet on Vodafone. But thay not any solution given me And Vodafone say our network is turbo net. more powerful but reality's very poor quality call.

    @imran_rahmath @ViCustomerCare Be careful. I have been facing network issues since 28/08 and they have logged around 8 complaints and also complained on National Consumer Helpline but their legal department is also time pass. Take care, if you are taking any long plan like of 3 months. No compensation system!!

    @ViCustomerCare very sad to say that i am getting msgs from 54300 that i have requested to activate any service. But didn't do that. I have visited to Vi store but didn't get any positive resolution.

    @DoT_India @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare I am loosing on my business as my Clients are not able to reach me nor I am not able to do any emergency calls. Are they (Vi) going to pay me compensation or refund my monthly paid bill.. a big NO then why should I suffer

    Looks like @VodafoneIN is about to close shop. They have adopted the motto 'Happy Not to Help'. Their customer service says something on call, response on email is different and their stores are clueless all the more. Difficult to continue with such a lousy operator...

    @ViCustomerCare I am telling in advance that my post paid bill due date is for tomorrow and I am not going to pay it. I am not using your services as no signal is there from Feb2020 onwards and still paying bills. I have already raised 5 complaints without resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare I have done everything network like jio which is launched few years back is getting strong network but since 5 year I am facing this issue now will port this number evry month I am recharging with 250 299 waste hai check my last 10 months usages of your network
