@TRAI @VodafoneIN Now Vodafone network completely low and very poor services. And we called many times to customer care and tweet on Vodafone. But thay not any solution given me And Vodafone say our network is turbo net. more powerful but reality's very poor quality call.

@ViCustomerCare So fed up of waiting for my issues to get resolved. Last one month has made me really hate Vi. Can't play a video at 240p without lagging after every 3 secs. Honestly i don't want to complain anymore. I need to switch to different network.10 year journey has ended

@ViCustomerCare despite disconnecting the number in May 2021, I’m still getting invoices. I had already raised complaint and was told that it would be stopped but still received a new invoice today. How your system issued invoices for closed number?
