@youbroadband - worst service in Pune - Amanora - VictoryTower. After paying 1999 for 60mbps getting not even 2 mbps. Either return my money or get this powered up. @VodafoneIN

Very bad Experience at @ViCustomerCare at Khar West Gallery, Intiyaz Shaikh was very arrogant with us was not ready to answer my query instead was back answering, was not ready to listen to my query. It is due to these staffs that the Vi is suffering.

Why are you harrassing me @ViCustomerCare for a pending payment (which was cleared in 2019) and clarified several times by email. Your legal agent is extremely rude and hung up on me. Please send me a notice in writing instead of SMS. I'll take it up with consumer court.
