  @ViCustomerCare I have been trying to activate an IR roaming pack since 4 days. Went to the VI gallery at Currey Road. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They didn’t do my work till the end. About to board and my pack is still not activated

  @ViCustomerCare my mother who is a sr. citizen was recently forced 2 migrate frm prepaid to postpaid connection by ur Vi Store team. Her connection now is suspended due 2 some verification issues inspite of submitting Aadhar. Sr citizen struggling with no access to calls.

  @Airtel_Presence This sounds like you got influenced by @ViCustomerCare. VI was known to arbitrarily cancel low priced validity only plans to extort more money from prepaid customers. Time to move on I guess.

  @ViCustomerCare Your vodafone company has cheated me i.e cheated me with three gb per day and only give 1 gb per day I am complaining with legal proof you have to answer me if not i will expose you then i will change your network
