@ViCustomerCare Instead of accepting the problem and rectify it, you simply looking for excuses. The problem is indoor as well as outdoor. Your tower within 2 to 3 KM at max. Accept it that you are deliberately throttling the speed.

@ViCustomerCare Ur merely wanting doesnt help anyone except u.Act upon it. For the years of trauma n harassment, n fluctuatin n/w,i demand compensation 4 damage caused. Whose goin 2pay for reduced phone battery life,which caused replacin 2 iphones.Costed me 1 lacs rs.R u ready 2compensate for it
