After further follow up on mail he received a mail asking him to visit his nearest Vodafone service centre, in Vadodara, Gujarat, though he has informed Vodafone office that he is in US. @VodafoneIN

A Vodafone customer has gone to US. Before leaving he asked Vodafone service to keep his number on Hold. However as his stay in US got extended Vodafone deactivated his number. @VodafoneIN
