    @ViCustomerCare #vi is the India's 3Rd class or very worst network it's proved again today they Loos internet connection for 20min and in this time i doing some trading and i loss my 8000₹ i request to @vodafone Shut Down If You Can't Run The Company please don't weast Money.🙏

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp does trai has any rule to punish Vi for such disgusting service and fraud Vi’s fault and we Customer suffer they don’t and cannot improve their service and put us in trouble and loot from us by pushing to new tariffs deliberately

    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely pathetic I changed my new sim cause I needed 4g. The sim didn't get changed and I'm informed that the new one was active. I am travelling tomorrow. There was a reason I got this done in urgency. Call centre zero help. Worst service.

    @ViCustomerCare ur Team contacted from below number +919835012553 & he asked me to share install customer support app & I have entered the total of my Pin & Last four digit of account. Due to this I lost 14935/- through my account. He was representing VI & giving Twitter reference. Really SAD.

    @ViCustomerCare since we have initiated number port out request we are getting 4-5 calls daily in this regard. Stop this harassment immediately. @DoT_India @TRAI please take a note. Number porting is resulting in harassment from the service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare There is nõ resolution, you guys are asking me to pay for unused services and whne the bill was paid and number was deactivated on 25th august why should i pay, already before that a month ago i stopped using the number, so you guys get it resolved from your team as its mistake

    Gross negligence by @ViCustomerCare! MNP SIM delivered on 8th June, active on 10th, but NO network. Cust care says "SIM is damaged, visit store." Why should a solo woman travel to another town because VI delivered a faulty SIM? ₹365 recharge wasted, 7 days lost! Fix this ASAP!

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, your pre-call announcements are annoying. 1st agent told me to call 1930 cyber helpline, 2nd agent bluntly said "I can't do anything". Pathetic service! Stop wasting my time and deactivate these offers/announcements on my number ASAP.

    Confused with @ViCustomerCare roaming service. I paid for an IR roaming pack but still got charged for calls, despite not having used it because the signal was so bad (I ended up getting a local sim). I asked for breakdown of calls but got some gyaan and spoke to bots. +

    @ViCustomerCare what happen man, don't you wanna give service for the amount that I am paying? The internet is struggling for the past few days. Multiple complaints have been raised via VI app but of no use. I think jio is getting better reception in my locality

    @ViCustomerCare iam mov out for jammu kashmir where prepaid roaming is not allowed Wamt to activate Call forwarding however everytime it's getting failed due to restrictions from vi Customer care is absolutely unprofessional in response !!

    @ViCustomerCare I have responded back, Komal. After 20+ days of follow-ups, I may be forced to give up a number I have used for 17 years because I cannot travel from the UK. This is extremely disappointing,. Zero support from VI #vodafoneidea #vi #vodafone
