    Hey @ViCustomerCare I've been facing network issue from past 2 days, and I was asked to replace the sim card, I replaced it yesterday evening, since then there's no network on that also, And there's ticket raised in the morning 9 AM, and there's no update on that also.

    It's been more than 48 hours without network connectivity and more than 6 hours of no response on the complainant nobody has contacted me from your team, it's frustrating to get such substandard service @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely pathetic I changed my new sim cause I needed 4g. The sim didn't get changed and I'm informed that the new one was active. I am travelling tomorrow. There was a reason I got this done in urgency. Call centre zero help. Worst service.
