    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely pathetic I changed my new sim cause I needed 4g. The sim didn't get changed and I'm informed that the new one was active. I am travelling tomorrow. There was a reason I got this done in urgency. Call centre zero help. Worst service.

    @ViCustomerCare l have Rs 7.48 in main bal.and Rs 220/ in 2nd bal. But I can't be sent any message. So I port .Vi NO care TRAI order in this case I request all Vi customer to port from Vi to another operater । Vi executive call me but also tell Vi policy in Rs 155 send message

    @ViCustomerCare can you pls improve ur third class service who is this Omkar Hawale +91 86983 59072 I call to enquire first lady attends tosses to call to other and other disconnects I call again response same tossing the call thn reply call later no one is here from Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Vi fraud company they promote products which they cannot service .. then deliberately migrate customer to their choice plans .. Vi response we cannot do any thing you hv been migrated .. that means go to hell we are Vi this how we operate !!!

    @ViCustomerCare I have port from BSNL to VI but don't know why taken so much time to activation. I am abke to see VI network but calls are not getting connected. I have visiting VI store they also not given the exact activation ETA The UPC for your mobile BZ554322
