@ViCustomerCare FYI: Dhanushkodi is in Tamil Nadu, India and not in Sri Lanka, in case you don’t know. I went to Dhanushkodi and was wrongly charged 599 for roaming charges because your network picked that up as Sri Lanka. As you can see, the mistake is of Vodafone.
