    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a platinum customer with 6 connections and I can not use network at my home. Trying to port all 6 to @ViCustomerCare . Airtel level 2 engineer cals me to solve it in 3 days and after 5days situation is same now what you expect me to do

    @ViCustomerCare Due to ur insistence on screeshots to report DND violations my handset power key went bust & I ve to spend 1100 INR on repairs . Shame to U @BandBajaateRaho Also have u stopped 2G in Mumbai as I am using SIM in 2G handset during repair & I only get emergency call

    @ViCustomerCare Hi why my sim still shows network. I have received msg that tonight at 10:30 pm it shows no network so as I can insert my airtel sim and activate it.

    @ViCustomerCare Every 2nd day I face some issue. Now I am unable to connect to internet, unable to access call. Very pathetic service from Vi. Looking forward to port out from Vi asap.
