@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare hello dear Indians i ported out from Airtel to Vodafone due to network issues i thought vodafone is better but after porting i realised that i got tricked by Vi ad supernet actually Vi are unable to cover even 2G.

@ViCustomerCare Please Look into the issue and if the same can be resolved then please resolve it or else allow me to move to some other provider. As It's my need to have a proper internet connection and voice calls service on My mobile phone.

@ViCustomerCare Do not recharge ever using vi app it's a fraud app. if you do recharge and your recharge failed then do not refund the amount and talk about your other recharges history they do not talk about it if yousend screenshot they do not read it they are in so hurry to avoid your issues.

VI 👎 No proper network in my area from the past 2 month I have been complaining over and over but no results, Network never stable. Not working to gain users , you're losing users and that's why you guys are at down I hope to a stable network @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Hi I recharge with 49 and left only 2 rupees , without any service money is deducted, why r u sending me sms for using 10 MB when I am using WiFi , please refund this , bcz this cost is more than cost of 5 GB data at least.

I am surprused by ur service. @ViCustomerCare . My Mom is ur Customer since 2003.I Complained customer care on behalf of my mom regarding 4G Network which she is experiencing from past 6 days, where ur technician said they improve much.
