    @ViCustomerCare I want to port and my UPC is not generating. @TRAI can u pls help me out. This VI is totally fraud. I have paid all the bills i have the receipt of each and every bill and I don't want to continue with VI and want to port all our VI number( around 10 numbers) due to forged bill

    @ViCustomerCare I don't expect anything special for myself. It's not even my problem alone. Improve your service and forget to serve me alone. Idea was doing well for years and after the merger with Vodafone Idea has become a burden for me. I'll try it for a few more months and then port it.

    @ViCustomerCare Finally I have ported out with the pathetic service, Just 2more days of #Vi network and to the new operator. 3 years and numerous complaints couldn't solve the issues. Only temporary work. Step up or you'll lose many more. Thanks you till now 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port my number to jio y is that porting message stop if u can't give the service u should allow ur customers to port without objections pls u people r the worst network in india n ripping Indian off 8 to 9 rs per day tht mean 900000 people per day profit

    @ViCustomerCare as the customer service agent says, this is due to change in billing cycle, so you have got 2 bills. But they can't understand its for the same month!??!!

    @ViCustomerCare I have been using a Vodafone number for more than 10 years now and the service I am receiving in return is horrible. I have recharged Rs 99 to keep the number running but I can't send a text message now. Why should I recharge again for sms. Worst service provider
