    I think I made a wrong decision and switched to @ViCustomerCare , Earlier Im getting slow speed & now I'm unable to connect to internet and unable to connect to customer care support also. What a service in 2021👏. Hats off to you @ViCustomerCare

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I am using this number from last 10 year and after that getting this type of service from operator. They also told me that you can port the number but we cant do anything and cant take action on false commitment.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Why am I not able to send a message to 1900 for porting my number?? Using Cheap tricks to hold your customer base isn't going to work.

    @ViCustomerCare U have one of the worst customer service, ur emp best in to hung up the call with solving customer queries, I have my hour, most of them transfer my call to sr rep and then disconnect the call, I recharged my phone as informed by ur rep, still m not able to use

    Sorry @ViCustomerCare I am forced to move out of Vi, I am the customer from Hutch to vodafone to Vi! Unfortunately your network doesn't even penetrate the new place I shifted in Bengaluru! I think you need to concentrate on fixing this
