    @ViCustomerCare you are struggling to get customers, and your Vodafone Idea Mini stores don't even take Port customers. They force only to take Postpaid when people want to port in Prepaid. Soon time will come to shut down your shops and you all will be Jobless.

    @ViCustomerCare why are you charging for missed call alerts and caller tunes. Other service providers like Airtel, Jio, BSNL also give these services free. But why you are not giving these services are for free.

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago @nsitharaman If today VI has the lowest customer base, then its coz they don’t care about their customers. It felt as if VI actually wanted customers to port out as they weren’t able to serve them.(5/6)

    @ViCustomerCare Hi my mob no is 9582228612. I requested for port out then ur customer care guy calls me and confirm the plan has been changed to rs 400 something. It's still not done yet and I feel cheated

    @ViCustomerCare Hello team, without touching my mobile few minutes back I was getting messages like caller tunes was activated and amount got debited... Which AI tools your using to loot customer money. Worst service and network and looting money @TRAI need to look this

    Give it them on unlimited recharge plans including these services like Disney subscription. Otherwise we forced to #portfromvi to another network by @ViCustomerCare . Consider this instead of charging seperate recharge plans for these services.

    @VodafoneIN @ViCustomerCare Rem.154: Despite of several reminders,your network is 0.7 mbps at Balaji Aptts, Upkar Colony, Delhi-84. Your SIMs were recharged many times but didn't run. Nobody contacted yet. Pl improve it by a booster fast. 9210365089, 8586861991, 8178082002 (✓}.

    @ViCustomerCare Some where end of Dec 2022 you sales sept contacted me to port all my numbers claiming VI network service has improved So I ported my 4 numbers end of Dec 22. After the no got active I realise the VI network is worst then my previous service provider
