    @ViCustomerCare I am having a postpaid plan Rs.649. but vi team send me a false bill of Rs.3491/- and this is not the first time, they did the same in October'21. Vodafone idea looting their customers with false postpaid bill.. worst service provider, worst experience as a customer.

    @ViCustomerCare : your Badlapur west (PN code : 421503) store team genuinely requires some trainings. Being such a good brand , I expect better experience from your store. I got more detailed information from your customer care agent on phone than from your agent in store.
