    @ViCustomerCare dear Vi ,I am facing poor internet speed issue in indoor ,dear Vi give 1800Mhz ,2500Mhz bands frequency in indoor and outdoor in my location with Good signal strength,and shut your 3G network area ,and increase the capacity of backwhole ,I hope my request in your priority

    @ViCustomerCare One of the worst network I have used is @ViCustomerCare ,worst customer service,i switched from jio postpaid to VI postpaid in hope that vi network is good but it's very pathetic service by VI,i even can not make call because of bed network.

    @VodafoneIN Rem.108: Your network is 0.02 mbps at Balaji Appts Upkar Colony, Delhi-84. Your SIMs were recharged several times but the network never responded. Very disgusting. 9210365089, 8586861991, 8178082002 (✓}.

    @ViCustomerCare This is 2022 and you want me to go to my base circle (2000 kms far) to get my sim changed from postpaid to prepaid. Not a good experience for a loyal customer who is sticking with you for 10 years. The only option left now is to port to other providers!
