    @ViCustomerCare Day by day vi network getting so much problem in internet speed and also some times it get out of network. Vi are not taking users problem seriously.

    @ViCustomerCare kindly solve my problem. Don't ask questions same every time. All cookies clear, everything is okay. Your pathetic service in our area. When I go outside it's working fine. Kindly do something to improve internet service in our area.

    @ViCustomerCare Later on I did enquiry to various vi store in my city and they said that store can give any fancy number of worth 500 free of cost to customer if they buy postpaid sim.

    @ViCustomerCare such a worst experience from your customer care I want to activate my number on the urgent basis but they are just saying that go to vodafone store day after tomorrow and now I want the number to be activated I have made the payment

    @ViCustomerCare , I have already told that if my internet issue cannot be resolved, alteast you can refund my amount of recharge, so that I may port to another service provider respectfully, but it appears you want me to take some action against you. @TRAI pls look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare Pls install Tower in Keezhakasakudy area, karaikal. We facing worst internet connection in my areas. And we have recharged 3 months plan. And we have not using data and calls properly. Pls install new vi tower in keezhakasakudy area karaikal pincode:609609
