    @ViCustomerCare #vi is literally not paying any attention to the complainants of the consumers and not providing any freaking resolution to the users.Yes, they are best in telling robotic replies to the consumers. It has been 4 days and they are not able to resolve a basic issue

    @ViCustomerCare Actually, I Recharge My VI Number In Emergency From Amazon But Recharge Goes In Pending, So I Have To Recharge From Phone pe Again, but After Half hour, Other Recharge was also Sussed, So My Number Recharged Twice, with 479 Pack, What to Do now ?? Please help

    @DoT_India Sir @ViCustomerCare I Was by VI phone net pack more then 700rs and last 45days we are many companies for VI but not any thing solved from customer service we are requested to make changes low when customer companies then company fild to solved service then refund money

    Can anyone suggest me the best network to port my number. I am just fed up with third class service of @ViCustomerCare. They deducted my money and didn't do recharge and now kind of refusing to give my money back or to do recharge on my number. Really Pathetic
