Day after day #VodafoneIdea service is going to pathetic levels ! If my parents pre-paid needs to be recharged, I hv to call fm that num & not my num since its prepaid. If prepaid limit is exhausted, I have to use #Airtel to call @ViCustomerCare . Strange ! #CustomerExperience

Every 9-10 days I have facing network issues. It's not only me, my siblings also. My previous complaint took 19 days to solve. Now again network issues started. Top lvl inconsistency👍 Any solution or I switch, I think 2nd option is better. Choosing @ViCustomerCare is a nightmare
