    @abhinavkumar157 They should have done it immediately after issuing the new sim. Not after issuing a postpaid sim then stop the service in between and charge me for that as well. Moreover, i had visited the @ViCustomerCare gallery and did the Aadhaar verification with OTP & VKYC as well. And..

    @ViCustomerCare You all keep saying the same thing however, in ground reality it seems you prefer to harass the customer as much as possible. Even after visiting the gallery & placed a request for re-verification u all didn't bother to respond. Eventually the customer is disappointed & moves on.
