    @ViCustomerCare I have been your customer for long. A corporate number & was switched to personal. We have two more VI. Went to Powai VI Center where Ms. Rakhi sold me the family plan promising savings. Earlier the total bill was 900 now it is 2346 she does not take my calls

    @ViCustomerCare , i have opted out of Vodafone due to pathetic network. Even though i have ported out the inefficiency continues. I have paid twice for my bills and still getting calls for outstanding payments. Kindly check records and then pester with calls @VodafoneGroup

    Hi, I have a Vodafone number for past 17 years . Recently, I lost my phone, so I had Vodafone blocked it. Now, to restart the number I have gone multiple times to vodafone store and they say : your photo is mis-matched. 18 days past no resolution. @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia
