I am using vi sim. I have a issue. When I sent sms then vi internet connection goes off automatically. After a minute internet on. I have visited to vi gallery but they don't know how to solve problem. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare My service request number is MP-V00745800701, I've mailed my issue to the appellate office Mp on 05/11/2021 and still it isn't solved. My 3 months recharge, hotstar subscription and many more things are wasted. Please look into it. Please. I'm tired now.
