  I made a prepaid recharge yesterday through Google Pay. The payment was successfully completed, and Google Pay shows “Recharge processed”, but the recharge has still not been credited to my Vi prepaid account. And im getting poor response from customercare. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Had also called customer care. Just got a call from the Engineer 98198 18147. Told him the issue again. Asked him two to three times what has happened in the last week. He just disconnected the call. Next time Vi calls I too will not answer. Please e-mail me if you need anything

  @ViCustomerCare Complaint no. 190365310501. When I call 12345 voice update says complaint pending and we will get back to you by 28/08/2026. It does not know today is 31/08/2026. But even then there was no update on 28/8.

  @ViCustomerCare Sir/Mam my new Postpaid Mobile number is suspended due to unknown reasons your support team is misleading and don't helping me at all and asking to visit store but the store also can't help me if a new postpaid customer is helpless then what will happen to other🙏🏻
