@DoT_India I bought a 4G sim from @VodafoneIN but they don't provide 4G service to @RedmiIndia note 4 mobiles .

@ViCustomerCare suddenly raining offers on me after I sent a PORT request. I had to initiate porting because Vi-(doesn't)-care closed my complaints without actually fixing the network issue. Miraculously, the network was a lot stronger when their retention exec called.

In my area vi network very good but since last few week in our area whenever power cut happens , we are facing no network issue. I am suspecting that in our local tower they are not properly utilizing the power backup system. @ViCustomerCare Could you please look into it.

Very unprofessional and shameful that brand like @ViCustomerCare is not able to resolve my issue in 20 days. It is happening when I complaint 4 times on customer care and 3 times in twitter dm.
