@ViCustomerCare what a pathetic service from VI. Booked a sim yesterday and still haven't received it despite calling customer care a lot of times. 24 hours you promise. It has been complete and haven't received any calls from your delivery agent or executive . Devastated!!

@ViCustomerCare I have never travelled out of Chennai in the last ten years [the last i left Chennai was in 2015 when i went for a day trip to Kancheepuram for Temples visit, ahead of the first ever police complaint I filed in my life for my illegal phone tapping and illegal surveillance].
