  @ViCustomerCare Late payment charges are being added before the last date of the bill. When I talked to customer care, he said the extra money will be added in the next bill only after autopay. My last date of payment was changed. Overcharges on overcharges being done.

  @ViCustomerCare I don't know how many complaints have been made against Vodafone but till date no action has been taken on any complaint. Are you not ashamed? The internet is not working here for one and a half months. They are making the public crazy.

  @ViCustomerCare I was complaint 4times about network but since after a month there is no solution by vi. There is no tower in this area.. so do fast service and install tower in this area only jio is available in this area

  For the past few days, @ViCustomerCare network has been extremely poor. The data speed is very slow, and even making calls has become difficult. The biggest issue is with the ping, some applications don’t even open. Really disappointed with the service @TRAI @DoT_India

  Dear @ViCustomerCare Port request on 9601160165 Sim ordered on 31/07/025 Order no. DCHD31072536212 sim delivered on 04/08/025 But today 26/08/025 sim not activated or refund not given. I have visited the vi customer office morbi but no resolution is given.
