    @ViCustomerCare Dear @ViCustomerCare As You Told No Issue Observed. Can You Please Tell me how you can make payment before looking at the details of any recharge. All the details are already available like Validity 84 Days. 1.5 GB per day. Then you make payment.

My problem and the question is here, if someone's data is exhausted, will he claim Data Delight right then or will he claim it in advance?! My Question is Are You Have Common Sense Or Psychology or Knowledge about It

    @ViCustomerCare I am constantly facing a problem with Vodafone Idea's network and their services, I don't understand whether it is the staff of the company's service development sector who don't understand or are not trying to understand intentionally, I have doubts about it.

    Ordered a new sim on 29/08(Friday) and its has not delivered yet nor any communication regarding the delivery date & time. Even the customer service is useless and I can't give a satisfactory reply to them. Clown behaviour by @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare poor customer service.I received a call +91 9355829110 from below CSR for my email complaint Naveen and Vishal at 1st sep 5pm. They didn't listen to my concern and without giving a complaint number . They closed my call. Take strict action against them #vi5g
