  Dear @ViCustomerCare, I recharged my Vi number 6387908633 with ₹179 through the official Vi App, but the SIM is still showing “No Service” and the network/service never activated.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare,@nch1915 unable to send/receive SMS for days. Important OTPs are not getting delivered. Despite multiple calls and complaints on the app, tickets are being closed without resolution. This is not expected in such a competitive market. Please resolve urgently.

  @ViCustomerCare recharged with 3495/- on my wife’s vi number 8826314233. But as soon as she landed in Europe (Zurich, Switzerland) this sim is out of service. We have tried manual selection of n/w as well it is switching to auto select and giving error.Need refund. 📞9413717821.

  @ViCustomerCare just now there was call frm ur side, even though there was network service issue so I can't communicate with representative. Plz see d location in complaint lodged on app. SKNH hospital Narhe411041. Othr service provider hv network & not for Vi.

  Still waiting for a proper resolution/refund despite sharing all details, tickets, and explaining that SIM exchange is not possible because the original owner is outside India. Requesting Vi to please resolve the matter fairly. @ViCustomerCare @nch1915 @ConsumerVoiceIn
