  @ViCustomerCare Prashant, Thank you for the explanation, but I am extremely disappointed with this response. First and foremost, I never authorized or requested any Vi Movies & TV subscription or auto-renewal. Who gave Vi permission to activate or auto-renew this service on my number

  Dear @ViCustomerCare, I got my SIM ported to Vi through a roadside vendor 2 days ago. The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible.
