    @ViCustomerCare I order new sim being no.DCHD10012356719 and payment was made immediately. its schedule 2b delivered on 10 Jan.Haven't got my SIM even after 48 hours. I raised complaint which was closed .Such awful professionalism. Its better to hv a @reliancejio connection.

    @ViCustomerCare Please stop fooling people. Your customer service is very poor can't fix any problem I called the day before yesterday Saw on Vi app that I will get 1GB + 500mb extra data for 28 days on recharge of 239rs

    @obbie__20 @ViCustomerCare I order new sim being no.DCHD10012356719. it was schedule to be delivered on 10 Jan. I haven't got my SIM even after 48 hours. I raised complaint which was closed within 1 minute of lodging it. Such awful professionalism.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea very useless sim, I would request the brothers. How to make I have created a huge problem by porting from Jio to Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare don't you have any kind of basic training to the associates working in Vi Mini store. ? Lady working at Srinivasnagar, Bangalore (Sri Kannika Enterprises) is least bothered to provide service & was busy in her mobile and also refused to provide conversion service

    Dear @ViCustomerCare my postpaid credit limit is 5k. Still on just bill of Rs 2350 my services suspended. Even sim networks gone. Why? मजबूरी ka फायदा उठा रहा #Vodafone #customer will ot receive amy OTP without paying them instead of having postpaid limit. #pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare It's the same number only. She may have been busy when you called. To make things clear here AGAIN, this IS NOT considered a service gesture but an absolute RIGHT to not be charged for services WE NEVER ASKED FOR. Do you comprehend the difference ? WE NEVER ASKED FOR THE SERVICES
