@santlani Sir, Airtel won’t respect you. They are money makers. They don’t bother your sentiments. Since this #vi @ViCustomerCare network is struggling, they respect your sentimental attachment. I am customer of Airtel from 2002 to 2015. Now with #vi from 2016(Vodafone & idea)

@ViCustomerCare What is the procedure to port my Idea number into other operator? Completely disappointed with the quality of network Vi provides. I have lodged several complaints through Vi app. No improvement in network. Company taking charge of 4G network and provide 2G.

@ViCustomerCare want to complain that we have very very poor network after discussion with the @Vi engineer, I came to know that tower is far away but how come service was great few months back and it’s poor now. It will be hard to change provider for me, family and neighbors

@ViCustomerCare worst service and worst customer care service ever. I have given 5 days to resolve my issue and still you are asking me to give more 5 days just for the network error. Network is your first priority to serve to your customers and that only you are not able to do.
