  I've been using mobile networks in India since 2007, and in all these years, I have never experienced service this bad. I’ve used different network providers over the years, but the level of poor connectivity, inconsistent service, and lack of reliability I'm experiencing now is honestly frustrating. Mobile connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life, and customers deserve a network that actually works when they need it. Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable. This is, without a doubt, the worst mobile network service I have ever experienced in nearly two decades of using mobile networks. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare My complaint number C004-190157208568 I want a refund since the service that was promised to me was never provided and i have already paid for the subscription. Today marks two days without any calls (incoming and outgoing). Else will go to ombudsman.

  @ViCustomerCare My Missed Call Alert service is already active as confirmed by your 199 customer care team. However, the Vi App is still showing 'Not Subscribed' and asking for ₹30 again. The phone support executive also refused to log my complaint. Kindly look into this technic

  @ViCustomerCare HELP! No 844600xxxx blocked 12 days for Rs.18 Airtel due. Paid on 11 Aug, receipt uploaded. You said 96 hrs. It's 264+ hrs. Now asking to re-upload while app shows "Already Uploaded". Parents use this no. Restore NOW! 880630xxxx.
