@ViCustomerCare Fraud alert for Vodafone customer. Conniving with cyber criminal, Vodafone is blocking SIMs of consumer without intimation. If you don't notice and complain, they will reissue the SIM to cyber criminal. All OTP will go to them. Understand the severity. Be careful

@ViCustomerCare my 83 years old mother did a wrong recharge by mistake. We immediately called customer care but Sh Naresh Kumar refused to change plan. We are ready to bear loss of Rs 1000 but won't stick with such arrogant company. Good bye to 10 years of relationship.
