Facing network issues from last 15days and no help from customer care executive or VI gallery executives I have been suggested to get postpaid connection or get port to other network from VI gallery executive. horrible service from @ViCustomerCare @vodafone

Hi Vi, @Idea @ViCustomerCare unable to call or receive calls. Showing towers but when calling, it showes not registered on network. Unable to call 198 and even its Sunday so no idea service store is open. Kindly revert asap! #VI #ideanetworkissue #idea
