@ViCustomerCare Timeline -22 Sep-1 hr chat-no resolution -after 24 hrs -job not done. Call from Poonam that Eve (Pune office) she was clueless as to why I gave a -ve feedback -requested to co-operate & mail screenshot of the chat history with CC ? I am with them for 15 yrs now - disappointed

Anyways @ViCustomerCare is losing subscriber base and now their customer care helps them to lose more subscriber. They are asking to pay bill online but that too after suspending account on their app. Leaving a customer helpless to pay it online.

I received a call from @ViCustomerCare and she told me the team was working on the network when I was raised a complaint they always told me the team is working but how the team is working on the network I don't know now.@ViCustomerCare tells me when I'll get a resolution.

@ViCustomerCare Why the Vi customers have to pay extra charges (after monthly recharges) to use callertune service for our number? While @reliancejio @airtelindia provide the same service included in the monthly recharges with no extra charges! 😡
