@ViCustomerCare so poor service so poor network i can't browse properly when the electricity is gone it's automatically goes to 3G and can't do gaming with it ping so high worst choice of my life trying to call customer care but no Option for customer service

Hi @ViCustomerCare, I have been facing severe network issues and extremely low internet connectivity for 2 weeks now. I have had no network all morning today, can we do something pls ? Complains have been raised but no solution so far. This is extremely inconvenient.

@ViCustomerCare Too bad experience on vi store , last visit apply for postpaid to prepaid after waiting more than 2 hour , again come back after 15 days because they canceled my request without notification wtf .. is going there now still waiting more than two hour too bad ..
