@ViCustomerCare given you'll all the feedback asked for on DM but our phones are all not working today. Unfortunately all our phones are in Vi network so no alternate number possible. Great service.

Not sure why @ViCustomerCare is losing clients. All they have is just "bad customer service" at powai outlet by Shraddha and Ismat. Rest everything is okay I guess.

For the last two weeks I am stuck abroad with no network. In spite of repeated conversations @ViCustomerCare have not provided any resolution so far. If this is how they treat a loyal customer of 10 years, no wonder customers are switching to other telecom providers.

@ViCustomerCare I'm facing a lot of problem in my number from last Friday. I'm visiting your store, calling customer care but i didn't get solution for that. I paid almost 800 rupees to stay with your network! But I'm very sad and leaving your network. Thank You!
