    I amusing vodafone network Today i have not used my data pack and they send me the msg that you have completed your data pack. So, i call coustomer care and asked them where i have used the data and they told we dont have any information about that.@VodafoneIN @vodafoneservice

    @JioCare @reliancejio improve, work hard on data speed / connectivity /service Or @airtelindia is going to win the race. They are far better in data... @Speedtest M using @reliancejio (9137003377) and not satisfied with the data speed Same is the case with @VodafoneIN 9825139516

    For standing better in market You have to change the service and not just the logo. @VodafoneIN @Idea Work on what that is really required and give something better to your customers.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to bring your attention to a problem I m facing. My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service by your company. My sim card is on hold since 2 days bcz of some minor address error. Imagine if someone is in critical condition. Even after submitting adhar details you are still stopping services of customer. Will meet in consumer court

    @ViCustomerCare Past 3 months,you are charging me unnecessarily.Customer service is useless.Everytime I raise a complaint,they keep repeating that their system is robust & continuing to charge me for internet usage even though my mobile data has been turned off the entire time.
